On Custom rifle or barrel orders please let us call you when your order is ready. If you want to check status we prefer that you email us. This will keep the phone lines less busy and not distract us from completing your order sooner.

All deposits are non-refundable! Please be sure of your order. All sales are final on firearms. Do to legal issues.

We do not accept returns without a return authorization. Packages will be refused without the authorization. There is a non-negotiable 20% restocking for returned merchandise. The exception to the restocking fee of course is for defective merchandise but you will still need to have the return authorization number for the return.

Once you receive your rifle order back from us please be sure to read the letter that comes with it! This is very important. A copy of the letter is available by clicking here.

Shipping & Handling includes, insurance, shipping weight, Test target, Test ammo we used, packaging, packer, ETC. ***Please allow specified completion time shown on estimate or invoice and remember it is approximate we cannot give a exact completion time. All deposits are non-refundable. ** There are NO refunds, returns or exchanges on firearms All Sales Are Final! This is due do to legal issues. If you send a firearm in for work without giving us a cash deposit the firearm is considered the deposit and it WILL NOT be returned until we are paid! *Rifles left over 30 days after completion are subject to forfeiture for payment or a 1.5% late fee per month unless arrangements are made with us for installment payments or other means that management approves of. There is a 90 day warranty on our parts that we install. 60 day accuracy guarantee or what is stated on your final invoice. Any abuse or neglect will void the warranty and or accuracy guarantee. NOTE: We do not warranty or give any accuracy guarantee with reloaded ammunition. If you do shoot reloads you do so at your own risk of damage to your rifle or bodily injury or even death! You shoot reloads at your own risk!! By sending us your rifle or giving us a deposit constitutes that you have read and accept the terms and conditions of this invoice.

Merchandise Return Policy Other Than Firearms & Barrels.

Please be sure of your order.
We do not accept returns without management approval.
If management approval is given then a return authorization number will be provided.
Returned packages will be refused without a return authorization number.
There is a non-negotiable 20% restocking for returned merchandise.
The exception to the restocking fee will be at management's desecration.
If a incorrect item was purchased we will normally work with you to exchange the item. The circumstance will dictate the outcome.
All returns must be in the original packaging and unused condition.
If the merchandise show signs of damage from misuse or improper installation no return will be excepted. There is a 30 day warranty from defects. There is a 15 day return policy with a return authorization number.
