Firmamızda hastane temizliği ve dezenfeksiyonu sağlık kuruluşunun boyutu ve hizmet verdiği alan dikkate alınarak planlanmaktadır.Hastaneye Temizlik Elemanı arayanlar firmamızla iletişime geçebilirler. Ekibimiz hastane temizliği talimatı dikkate alınarak çalışmalarını yürütmektedir. Kendimiz ya da bir yakınımızın tedavisi ile ilgili olarak herhangi bir sağlık kuruluşuna başvurmak zorunda kalabiliyor ya da yatan hasta konumundaki yakınlarımızı ziyaret etmek üzere hastanelere yolumuzu düşürüyoruz. İnsan sirkülasyonunun fazla oluşu ve bu kişiler arasında değişik hastalıklara ait mikropları taşıyan kişilerin çoğunlukta olması, düzenli olarak profesyonel bir hastane temizliği yapılmasını gerektiriyor. Profesyonel hastane temizliği aynı zamanda bu ortamlar için kullanılan temizlik malzemelerinin seçiminde de antibakteriyel olma özelliğine dikkat edilmesi gerektiği anlamına geliyor. Firmamız tarafından gerek malzeme seçiminde gerekse hastanenin çeşitli bölümlerinin temizliğinde kullanılacak yöntemlerin belirlenmesinde titiz bir şekilde hareket edilerek, hasta ve yakınları ile sağlık çalışanlarını koruyacak hijyenik bir ortam oluşturulmaktadır. Yeterli uzmanlığa sahip deneyimli bir ekiple hastane temizliği uygulamasını gerçekleştirmiş olmamız sayesinde sağlık kuruluşlarında temizlik bakımından daha etkili sonuçlar alınabilmektedir. Hastane Temizliği Ve Dezenfeksiyonu Sağlık kuruluşlarının büyük çoğunluğu kesintisiz bir şekilde hizmet vermektedir. Bu nedenle temizlik uygulaması sırasında hasta ve yakınları ile sağlık çalışanlarının işlerini zorlaştırmayacak şekilde hareket edilmesi önemlidir. Firmamızın gerçekleştirmiş olduğu Hastane Temizliği Ve Dezenfeksiyonu uygulamalarında temel amaç çok zaman harcamadan ve sağlık kuruluşunun kullanımını olumsuz etkilemeden en etkili sonucu alacak şekilde hijyenik bir temizlik sağlamaktır. Bunun için gerek işgücü gerekse araç gereç ve malzeme bakımından hastane temizliği öncesinde gerekli hazırlıklar tamamlanarak işe başlanmaktadır.

Development of advanced materials with a benign environmentally friendly approach for heterogeneous visible light photocatalysis is always preferable. An environmentally favorable approach was used to anchor silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) to tin oxide-decorated-graphitic carbon nitride (SnO2-g-C3N4) using a biofilm as a green reducing tool for the biogenic synthesis of 1–6 mM Ag@SnO2-g-C3N4 nanostructures (NSs). The fabricated NSs were characterized using sophisticated techniques. The developed Ag@SnO2-g-C3N4 NSs showed a well-defined spherical-shaped Ag NPs anchored to SnO2-g-C3N4 NSs. The synthesized NSs were applied for photocatalytic degradation of hazardous dyes and photoelectrochemical studies. A comparative investigation of Ag@SnO2-g-C3N4 NSs for the visible light-assisted photocatalytic degradation of Methylene blue (MB), Congo red (CR), and Rhodamine B (RhB) was performed. The photocatalytic degradation of MB, CR, and RhB reached ∼99% in 90 min, ∼98% in 60 min, and ∼94% in 240 min, respectively. The anchoring of Ag NPs to SnO2-g-C3N4 NSs further enhanced the visible light photocatalytic degradation of the dyes due to surface plasmon resonance and by lowering the recombination of the photogenerated electrons and holes. Further, high electron transfer ability of Ag@SnO2-g-C3N4 NSs was investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy to understand the mechanistic insights of the excellent activity under visible light irradiation. Hence, the present study provides an environmentally benign approach for the synthesis and excellent visible light effective photocatalysis and photoelectrochemical performance.

Micro-organisms attach to the environmental surfaces by means of a tangled network of exo-polysaccharides, in the assemblages termed as Biofilm. Because of the unique physical, biological and chemical properties, the microbial biofilms serve both deleterious and beneficial purposes in the environment and in modulated wastewater treatment plants. Sewage treatment, denitrification of the drinking water, hazardous xenobiotic detoxification, heavy metal removal from the contaminated waters and the soils as well as environmental monitoring biosensor fabrication are some beneficial industrial applications of the microbial biofilm for cleanliness of the natural environment. An overview of bio-chemical aspects of the microbial biofilms for understanding their impact and importance in environmental/atmospheric cleanliness has been presented.

Ureteral catheters are indispensable devices used in the management of ureteral obstruction. Although the stent is essential for treatment, it also has complications, which are encrustation, stone formation and biofilm formation. Biofilm infections result in a complication in the course of treatment, increasing the length of patients stay in hospital and overall cost. Catheter-associated infections are difficult to be treated with antibiotics and there is a need to change catheters due to the formation of biofilm on their surfaces. In this study, In this study, we examine the effect of some of prescribed drugs as NSAIDs and N-acetylcysteine on the adherence of S. aureus, K. pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa and Proteus mirabilis on the surface of catheters, and their effects on the preformed mature biofims. Also, we determine their antibacterial activity. The results showed that the tested agents had good antibacterial activity, a significant effect on the inhibition of adherence of the tested strains to plastic surfaces and a high disruptive effect on mature biofilms. In conclusion, the tested drugs can be used in the treatment of catheter-associated infections.

Bacteria in the natural environment form complexes which are closely associated with abiotic and biotic surfaces of solids and liquids. These bacterial communities are adherent to a surface, an interface or to each other and are known as biofilms.  Biofilm formation has serious implications in industrial, environmental, public health and medical situations because they express biofilms-specific properties such as increased resistance to antibiotics, UV light and chemical biocides, increased rates of genetic exchange, altered biodegradability and increased secondary metabolite production. In the clinical context, it is estimated that about 60% of all microbial infections involve bacterial biofilms.  The occurrence of biofilms in food processing environments can cause post-processing contamination leading to lower shelf life of products and transmission of diseases. The ability to control biofilm growth is an important issue because of health problem and economic losses. Researchers are trying to find green product rather than synthetic one that can be used as generally recognized as safe (GRAS). Plants produce an enormous number of natural products. Many plants extract contain phenol derivatives, terpenes, flavonoids etc. which have ability to suppress the microbial cell attachment and biofilm growth. The aim of this mini review is to combine most of the recently published work on biofilm inhibition (plant based inhibitor) and figure out the inhibition mechanism which can be safely used in food safety and human health issues.

Historical clothing like Badawi’s tunic is a kind of three-dimensional textile. They are exposed to different types of damage as
a result of various damage conditions such as faulty display, environmental conditions, air pollution, biological damage. For these
historical clothing needs to intervene quickly restoration processes. In the past, there were erroneous repairs to the historical
dress. Therefore, the first steps of restoration are to remove the previous faulty repairs. Tests were carried out using a Scanning
electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, infrared pattern to identify the type of fiber, the damage of the historical object. The stability
of pigments was tested in the historical object. Mechanical cleaning was performed using different brushes. Also, wet cleaning using
water and detergents. Also, sterilization and drying of the historical object.
The final installation of the historical piece was carried out as a prelude to the exhibits. All restoration steps are recorded by
photograph.

World's smallest inhabitants bacteria are going to be promising solution for future of alternative energy resource. Microbes are not only clean and renewable sources of energy also they are efficient to convert solar energy into fuel that which can be use by making them personalized energy generators through bio-engineering. Antiseptics and disinfectants are extensively used at home, in occupied buildings, recreational areas, industries (the water industry, food processing industry and pharmaceutical industry, among others), hospitals and other healthcare settings for a variety of topical and hard-surface applications. They play a critical role in controlling the spread of environmentally transmitted pathogens in healthcare and food-processing environments, as well as at home. A wide variety of active chemical agents are found in these products, many of which have been used for hundreds of years for antisepsis, disinfection, and preservation.

Background: This study was conducted to examine the frequency of contamination in retail meat available in Karachi, Pakistan. Methodology: Raw meat samples (250) and surface swabs (90) from meat processing equipment and the surrounding environment were analyzed for microbiological contamination. Results: Out of 340 samples, 84% were found to be contaminated with bacterial species, including Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis. A total of 550 (66%) of the bacterial isolates were potential pathogens. Of these, 342 and 208 isolates were from meat and environmental samples respectively. Food-borne pathogens isolated from meat samples included Escherichia coli O157:H7, Listeria, Salmonella Enteritidis and Shigella species whereas environmental samples yielded Staphylococcus aureus and Shigella species. Mixed culture electrochemically active biofilms (EABs) were developed on carbon paper using a sludge with mixed culture bacteria for microscopic and spectroelectrochemical studies because a naturally mixed culture bacterial strain is more applicable than a pure culture strain. EAB development was confirmed by microbial fuel cells (MFCs) by obtaining a constant increase in potential (∼0.36 V). Microscopic and spectroscopic studies showed that a mixed culture EABs formed on the support. Cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), which are nondestructive voltammetry techniques, indicated that the EABs could be source of electrons and used effectively for various purposes. Routine in vivo analysis of electron transfer between bacterial cells and the electrode was performed, providing insight into the extracellular electron transfer (EET) to the electrode. At low scan rates, CV revealed the catalytic electron transfer ability of EAB between the cells and electrode and showed exceptional redox activities in the presence of acetate. DPV and EIS studies showed that EAB in the presence of acetate can charge the surface by producing and storing sufficient electrons, behave as a capacitor, and have features consistent with EET. Finally, microscopic and spectroelectrochemical studies confirmed the development of a mixed culture EAB and the EET kinetics of EABs. These studies suggest that mixed culture EABs can be used effectively as a biogenic reducing tool for various applications.
