Explore the role and effectiveness of Compassion in opening constructive dialogue about developing and maintaining healthy relationships , especially with those holding different faiths, beliefs, values, and/or world views.

Objectives: Formulation of triplet combined solid dosage film coated
tablet  containing  amlodipine  besylate  (equivalent  to  5  mg
amlodipine), hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg) and losartan potassium
(50 mg) for the treatment of severe hypertension. Development and
validated of a simple, fast, precise, selective and accurate HPLC
method  for  the  simultaneous  determination  of  amlodipine  besylate,
hydrochlorothiazide and losartan potassium in the tablets.
Methods:  The  formulation  of  the  tablets  was  carried  out  as  per
standard  protocols. The  various  steps  involve  in  formulation  were
dispensing  of  raw  materials,  sieving,  preparation  of  granulating
solvent,  mixing,  granulation,  drying  (In  FBD),  lubrication,
compression and coating. The separation of these three drugs was
achieved on a Sun Shell C8 column (150 mm x 4.6 mm, 2.6 μm) with
phosphate  buffer-acetonitrile  (70:30%  v/v)  as  mobile  phase  at  1.0
mL/min flow rate and 230 nm detection.
Results  and  Conclusion: The  physical  parameters  of  tablets  were
satisfactory  with  average  weight  deviation  from  3.23  to  3.29%,
friability 0.04%, disintegration time 8.3 minutes, average hardness
85.43N and thickness from 3.92 to 4.01 mm. The assay was found to
be 99.89%, 99.99% and 99.97% of amlodipine, hydrochlorothiazide
and losartan potassium, respectively. The dissolution was found to be
98.8 to 99.70%, 97.85 to 98.95% and 97.98 to 99.99% of amlodipine,
hydrochlorothiazide  and  losartan  potassium,  respectively.  The
uniformity of content was 99.85 to 99.99% and 99.60 to 99.99% of
amlodipine  and  hydrochlorothiazide,  respectively.  The  retention
times  observed  were  to  be  7.338,  2.097  and  10.675  minutes  for
amlodipine  besylate,  hydrochlorothiazide  and  losartan  potassium,
respectively.  The  method  was  statistically  validated  for  linearity,
recovery,  limit  of  detection,  limit  of  quantification,  accuracy, precision,  robustness,  stability  of  drugs  in  pure  form  and  in
presence of matrices and forced degradation study. The method
was successfully applied for analysis of combined dose tablet.

The objective of the study was to assess the determinant factors of
low birth weight among newborns delivered at Mekelle Hospital,
northern Ethiopia.  A  cross-sectional  study  was  employed  and  cards
of 180 mothers who  gave birth to low birth weight babies were
assessed. Data was collected using pre prepared structured checklist
and analyzed using SPSS version 16.00. The association between
dependent  and  independent  variables  was  assessed  and  presented
using  descriptive  statistics,  student  t-test,  and  ANOVA  test.  Out  of
the180 mothers, 45% of them fall into the age category of 15-19
years.  The  study  finding  showed  maternal  age,  fetal  sex,  parity,
number of antenatal care, gestational age, birth order, and history of
abortion had significant association with low birth weight (P-value <
0.05).  This  study  depicted  that  low  birth  weight  is a  public  health
problem  in  the  study  area.  Hence,  attention  should  be  given  to
increase  community  awareness of antenatal  care  service,  access  to
family planning and male involvement, prevention of abortion, and
community mobilization to prevent early pregnancy.

Bhabinkamtibmas is the spearhead of the function of the police in maintaining security and public order. This study aims to examine the factors that influence the performance of Bhabinkamtibmas in carrying out a very complex task. The research method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach, while data collection is through surveys, observations, interviews, literature studies and distributing questionnaires to 75 respondents who are sampled data from a population of 177 Bhabinkamtibmas who are on duty in the Polrestabes Semarang area. The data analysis using path analysis and Sobel test, and the results show that the influence of leadership has a direct effect with a significant value of 0.018 <0.05 (accepted) and an indirect effect with the coefficient ab known t count of 12.6 > 1.96 t table (accepted), the direct effect of commitment with a significant value of 0.016 < 0.05 (accepted) and the indirect effect of the ab coefficient is known t count sebes =-3.71 <1.96 t table (rejected), the influence of Self-confidence significant value level 0.861 > 0.05 (rejected) and the indirect effect with the ab coefficient is known t count sebes = 2.98 > 1.96 t table (accepted), the direct influence of motivation with a significant value level of 0.347 > 0.05 and indirect from the ab coefficient is known t count = 1.28 < 1.96 (t table) and The effect of Job Satisfaction with a significant value level of 0.277 > 0.05 (rejected) but can mediate the Trust variable Self influence on the Performance variable. The results of this study indicate that in order to improve the performance of Bahabinkatibmas, it is necessary to increase its ability with 3 competencies, namely self-leadership, commitment and self-confidence through training and coaching.

range and some receive multiple grants. Member organizations pass a small percentage of their SAMHSA
funds onto NCMHR to support their cause.3 NCMHR shares offices with Bazelon Center for Mental Health
itself a recipient of SAMHSA funds4

NCMHR and members use the SAMHSA money to finance opposition to treatment for those who are so
seriously mentally ill, they are not aware they are ill and can not voluntarily access treatment5

people with serious mental illness, and instead focuses almost exclusively on those likely to ‘recover’.

Objective: This project explored the views of three cohorts of final year midwifery students, regarding their confidence in giving advice to women on contraception and sexual health in the postnatal period. The project also investigated knowledge of contraception using a factual quiz, based on clinical scenarios regarding contraception and sexual health in the post-partum period.
Design: A mixed method design using qualitative data from focus groups, and mixed qualitative and quantitative data from a paper based questionnaire was used.
Setting: The project was carried out in one higher educational institution in England.
Findings: Findings demonstrate that expressed confidence varies according to contraceptive method, with most confidence being reported when advising on the male condom. The findings of the factual quiz indicate that students applied theoretical knowledge poorly in a practically oriented context. These findings also indicated that most students limited advice to general advice.
Key Conclusions: The paper concludes that midwifery students need more practically oriented education in contraception and sexual health, and that the role of mentors is very important in helping students feel confident when giving advice in this area.
