this study was
constructed to establish the endogenous and overexpressed, wild type and mutant, full
length (FL) and truncated htt localizations in cell lines and in HD mouse models. These
various constructs, run under the same experimental conditions are expected to provide a
full delineation of htt localization. In this regard, the expression pattern of endogenous and
overexpressed htt was investigated in neuronal and non-neuronal cell lines (HEK 293, N2A,
PC12, IMR32) and embryonic striatal neurons of R6/1 and HdhQ150 mice expressing
truncated and FL htt, respectively. In addition to localization studies, 3D htt structure was
analyzed using fold recognition model and in silico polyQ expansion mutations were created in the htt protein using VMD programme which will help to decipher the effects of the mutation in  protein structure and function.

This paper presents an analytical method to calculate expansion of intumescent coating under heating and in fire. The analytical method is based on a cell-model, which gives solution to expansion of spherical bubbles in viscous fluid when subject to increase in pressure within the bubbles. This paper extends the analytical method to non-uniform temperature field and temperature-dependent viscosity of intumescent melt. The pressure increase inside the bubbles is a result of conversion of intumescent coating from melt to gases at high temperatures. Accuracy of this extended analytical method is assessed by comparison against the cone calorimeter and furnace fire tests on intumescent coating protected steel plates with different intumescent coating thicknesses, steel plate thicknesses, and heating conditions. Comparison of the analytical calculation and test results indicates that the extended cell-model is suitable for quantifying the expansion process of intumescent coating and it gives accurate results for the expansion.

In this second part, we discretize the operadic and PROPic structures of the first part. We also introduce the notion of operadic correlation functions and use them in conjunction with operadic maps from the cell level to the discretized objects to define the relevant actions.
