DOUBLE-SIDED VS SINGLE-SIDED
DOUBLE SIDED
Double sided flags give you the ability to print your design on both sides. Each side can be the same or different, depending on your needs. To begin with, our double-sided flags are custom printed on 2 separate layers of fabric. We then sew in a special silver grey blockout layer in between. This creates a total of 3 different layers of fabric.
It won’t matter what direction the wind blows or the traffic comes from. The message you request to be printed on your custom double-sided flags can be read on both sides with no issues.
We recommend double sided for all your teardrop flags, as it provides the most vibrant and noticeable graphics from any direction.
SINGLE SIDED
Our single-sided feather flags offer a unique approach to traditional flag printing. While they are crafted with a single layer of fabric, we go a step beyond by printing on both sides of this layer. This method ensures that the vibrancy and clarity of your design are just as striking on the back as on the front, setting us apart from competitors who often rely on ink bleed-through for single-sided flags.
However, it’s important to note that the back side of the flag will display your artwork in a mirror image. This image shows exactly how this looks for a clear understanding of the final product.
While single-sided flags may not have the same visual impact as double-sided options, they are a more cost-effective solution, ideal for those who are budget-conscious but still desire high-quality, vibrant signage.
BASE OPTIONS
Ground Spike
This 25″ long metal spike is great for installing flags outdoors in solid soil and typically provides the greatest stability for outdoor use.
Cross Base with Water Bag
To more securely anchor your flag, use a refillable water bag to put over the top of your cross base. This heavy plastic ring full of water adds 16 pounds of weight to secure your flag!
HOW your ARTWORK MATCHES WITH FLAG
Assembling Your Teardrop Flag
Assemble your teardrop flag by putting all the poles together in the proper order. Unfold the flag and slide the pole through the pole insert of the flag until the flag is fully extended on the flag. Finally, erect the flag by inserting the base of the pole into one of the four stand options offered.

A: Yes, contact custom@anley.com for any update, change, specific requirement or any additional piece of artwork. We are happy to assist!
Q: Is there a recommened resolution for artwork upload?
A: Generally we recommend at least 32 DPI for best printing quality (That is, for example, at least 1100 px in width for a 3x2 ft flags). Otherwise, the printing may appear blurred.
Q: I am not sure how the customized product will come out, Do I get to see a proof?
A: Yes, PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR EMAIL. Our professional graphic designers will put up your artwork and email you a proof for final confirmation (may take 1-3 business days).
Q: Can I get a bulk discount?
A: Yes. We have multiple volume discounts offered to our customers and you can check the price on our website. The discount will be automatically applied once you change the quantity in your cart.
Q: Can I reorder a new one with the same design?
A: Sure, you can just place a new order and check out. You don't need to upload any design to our site because we got your design already.
Q: Can I get the free samples before ordering?
A: Sample Option:
1. We have some extra flags made by our workshop, and we could send you a free sample using those free extra flags. Please leave me a name and shipping address for the sample.
2. Or if you need a sample printed using your own design, you would need to place a sample order through our website. We would refund you that sample order later when you place another order exceeding 20 flags.

A: With the EXPRESS SERVICE, we fulfill your design request each time within 2 business day. Once you confirm the proof, we print and ship within the next 3 days. Our global express shipping takes another 5 business days. In a word, you can expect your order to be delivered in about 10 business days with our EXPRESS SERVICE.
(If you have a Must-Delivery-by-Date, please informed and confirmed with our customer representatives first. The time it takes to finish each order really depends on your artwork complexity and order volume.)
STANDARD SERVICE may take up 15-20 days for designing & production and another 10 days (USA) or 20-30 days (international) for shipping.
Q: Can I upgrade my shipping option after my order is placed?
A: Absolutely! You have the option to upgrade your shipping before confirming the artwork proof we provide. To upgrade, simply use our shipping upgrade link for Priority Handling and Express Shipping on your custom ANLEY order. Q: Can I return the product?
A: All custom orders are final and are not eligible for returns. Anley’s products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for THREE months of the product but do not include dissatisfaction due to custom designs.

Q: What is the material you use?
A: We use specific dense nylon fabrics which processed with weather-resistant to make the custom feather flag.
Q: How can I choose between the single-sided and the double-sided custom feather flag?
A: For a single-sided flag, the image printed on one side, so the image is reverse seen from the back, but it is still good for display. And for the double-sided flag, you will get the right image at both sides, ideal for whole circular presentation at open displaying area.
Q: Does the custom feather flag come with a spike or any accessory?
A: We provide a hardware option for your condition, for flag only, primary ground stake for standing, or a full set of custom feather flag inside a handy packing bag, which contains the cross base and water bag.
Q: Does the flagpoles design to be adjustable according to the custom feather flag sizes?
A: The hardware sold with the flag specifically supports the single size flag you bought. If you need to order an extra flagpole or replacement feather flag, you can do so on our website.

A: The hardware option intends for a better experience. If you do have existing flagpole accessory, you can customize the flag only. The ground stake is ideal for solid soil use, provides perfect stability. The cross base can be used both indoors and outdoors without toppling concerns, and the water bag will secure the stability of your flag.
Q: How do I maintain my custom feather flag?
A: Avoid the long exposure to direct sunlight and bad weather, do not fold or roll up when it is still wet or damp. It is better to transport your flag in a carrying case before and after use.
Q: Does my custom feather flags bear with intense sunlight and high temperature? Is it fire resistant?
A: Intense sunlight and the high temperature won't ruin your flag but do reduce the durability. Since polyester flags do have a slight fire-resistant quality to them but place them near an open flame may cause danger.
