The mouthwash works great to combat bad breath but it may leave your mouth feeling a little dry at first. The mints are soothing and really help with morning dry mouth especially since I tend to sleep with an open mouth. The toothpaste was okay nothing special, I reverted back to using my preferred toothpaste but I’m loving the mouth wash and mints.

They work well if I wake up with my mouth feeling sticky or yucky or dry. I've been keeping them by my bed, so I can stay in bed for while on weekends and have a semi-clean-feeling mouth, without needing to get up right away to brush my teeth.

Toothpaste: 4/5

It leaves my mouth and teeth feeling clean. It's less minty than I'm used to in toothpaste; the tube says "mild mint" and it matches that. It doesn't leave as strong of a tingling / cool feeling in my mouth after I use it, as my normal toothpaste. It also seems to have a bit of sweetness to it, that sometimes shows up depending on what I've eaten recently.

Mouthwash: 2/5

It's a mild mint, like the toothpaste. My mouth feels clean after, but there's very little coolness left behind, and pretty much no tingling when I'm using it.

(I like strong mint for both toothpaste and mouthwash, but I think that's something a lot of people don't, so it would be a good toothpaste and mouthwash if that's you. :) I didn't take any stars off for this part since it's just my personal preference.)

It's a nuisance to use it. It comes in two separate bottles that are held together by the packaging, and you're supposed to pour it into the cap like it's one bottle so it comes out of both spouts at the same time, in equal amounts.

In practice, though, one side always comes out faster, and I always end up getting more than I need. I might cut off the wrapper to separate the two parts, and then pour them one at a time.

It also doesn't really seal when you put the cap back on, so if it ever gets knocked over you'll end up with mouthwash all over your counter or floor or wherever.

I’ve been having some dry mouth problems because I live in a dry climate. I often wake up with a sore throat. The dentist said that it can become more of a problem as people age. This couldn’t hurt to try. It is a high quality set of products. They have good ingredients, well written directions, and they seem to work, at the very least as good toothpaste, mouthwash, and mints. Dry mouth relief might be a little overstated since I’m not getting 24 hours out of the mouthwash.

The toothpaste has a pleasant taste which isn’t too strong. It cleans my teeth well and leaves them feeling smooth. It says it’s sensitive and whitening, and it does seem to help with both. There is a small improvement with the coffee stains. This is a decent sized tube.

The mouthwash is complicated, but if you read the directions and make sure the dispensing lid is on tight and secure, it’s simple. It does not burn or make you need to spit it out because of the pain. It tastes fresh and leaves my mouth feeling cool and clean. I imagine it does help with breath because it’s such a fresh smell, and the ingredients are known to help alleviate some of the causes.

The mints are mints. Mints with zinc, which I guess helps? You cannot taste the zinc. I was worried about that because I hate the taste of zinc. They taste like the old Velamints (not that most people are going to remember those), but they’re smooth, mild, and do get the mouth juices flowing. They have xylitol which won’t hurt your teeth. They are refreshing and fairly large, so it’s a decent amount of dampening sucking that you can do.

This set is nice, high quality products that for the price is a decent deal, similar to if you bought similar products separately in a store. Getting them together is a nice way to have a complete starter set and try them all out.
