Neil Heslop

Chief Executive

Neil joined CAF as Chief Executive in October 2020. He is an experienced business and charity leader, and co-founder of the charity Blind In Business.

Alison Taylor

CEO, CAF Bank and CAF Financial Solutions Limited

Alison leads CAF’s delivery of banking, financial services, and fundraising for UK charities.

Jessie Krafft

Interim CEO, CAF America

Jessie is Interim CEO at CAF America after joining the organisation in 2011 and holding various roles. In her previous role as Senior Vice President of External Affairs, Jessie managed the External Affairs, Donor Services and Thought Leadership teams and coordinated strategy and operational management with the Business Development and Grant Services teams.

Mark Greer

Managing Director, Giving and Impact

Mark leads our philanthropy services in the UK, including donor advised funds for private clients, corporate giving services, social investment, grantmaking, and advisory services.

Philippa Cornish

Head of Client Experience, Corporates, Charities and Individuals

Philippa leads the team of advisers for CAF’s corporate clients, advising businesses on their giving, through employee giving, corporate social responsibility and community programmes.

Joe Crome, CAP

Head of Business Development and CAF American Donor Fund

Joe leads the American Donor Fund team, delivering a market-leading philanthropy service for dual US/UK taxpayers.

Joe also leads CAF’s Business Development team to drive growth and accelerate business development activities across our Giving and Impact Services.

Edward Garrett

Head of Private Clients

Ed leads CAF’s Private Client proposition, covering all aspects of the donor advised fund facility for individual clients, including the Charitable Trust, Legacy and CAF American Donor Fund services.
