I bought the insurance online when I reserved the car but when I went to pick up the car the employee said the insurance I bought online was worthless. He said I need to buy insurance from him or I wouldn't have any, or very little liability coverage. I didn't appreciate having to buy insurance twice.8.0 Very good

We rented from this budget location because we were supposed to get a cheap wrangler. The location directions were extremely confusing – turned out it was actually in a hotel, which was not clearly marked in the directions. When we finally got there, they did not actually have our car, and we ended up renting a regular SUV. Having said that, we got a Kia Sorento, which was nicer than expected.2.0 Poor

Biggest problem was the 1:20 wait to get my car. Even after I had completed all of the booking and payment details online. Severely understaffed, if I could have gone to another company I would have.
