I found this 1992 quarter and on the obverse side there is strong double even maybe triple dye on the second nine. On the reverse side there is a number 2 over the first L in the word dollar. Just wondering if my dream finally come true?? 20170124_032913.jpg

Sorry but all I see is a beat up and damaged Quarter

The correct term would be Doubled Die
    Not double and not dye

Hi and welcome to CT. Your first clue should have been "I found". What you have is a well circulated and damaged quarter that you "found". No errors. The "9" looks that way due to damage. Hope this helps.

Well... I mean.. at one point or another all error coins had to be be found. It's not like there's a guy in a trench coat behind the mint selling error coins....
