Let the world burn as you have some festival fun in Genshin Impact

It is time to leave the world burning once again as you take a much-needed break from that whole “hero” lark and enjoy some celebrations in Genshin Impact. Version 5.4, Moonlight Amidst Dreams, will see you in Inazuma to attend the Mikawa Flower Festival and introduce a handy new recruit.

It of course isn't all fun and game, as Raiden Shogun is attending the event and seems to be nose-deep in an investigation. But let’s ignore that, and instead take part in mini-games such as A Little Fox’s Daydream, where you guide the critter through its dreamscapes.

Our new friend in this event is the 5-star Anemo Catalyst wielder Yumemizuki Mizuki. She can enter the Dreamdrifter state after using her Elemental Skill, dealing AoE Anemo DMG and increasing the parties’ Swirl DMG. Her Elemental Burst will also litter the battlefield with Yumemi Style Special Snacks.

These will heal any character who picks them up should they be under 70% HP, or else they will explode and deal AoE Anemo DMG. A nice little addition to healing. Mizuki will appear in the first half of Version 5.4’s Wishes along with Sigewinne and will join the Standard Wish banner after Version 5.5.

The Traveler’s Tales: Anthology Chapter will share stories revolving around various fan-favourite characters, or you can enjoy some other games such as a film editing challenge. If you felt fishing has been too relaxing, then Reel Ad-Venture comes with both Co-Op and competitive modes in the form of Invasive Fish Wrangler. Or, undertake the Realm of Tempered Valor and simply batter some poor opponents.

There are also a few quality-of-life updates. You can set Level-Up Plans for characters in the Training Guide which will calculate and show the materials needed, as well as where to get them. Filtering for Characters and Weapons has been streamlined, and an Auto Add button now exists for Weapon Refinement.
