Login problems could be due to one of a number of reasons. Please click on the text below that best reflects the error message being received:

"The Username or Password Entered does not Exist"

"You are already logged in"

"Establishing Connection to the Server"

"Your Account has been Temporarily Disabled"

Should none of the above apply and you're still unable to log into your account, please contact our Member Support Team by submitting a 'Contact us' form, describing the exact error message being received.

Firstly, upload the document images to your computer, using either a Scanner or Digital Camera and ensure that the images are clear and legible.

To send us the documents, carry out the following:

• Visit the Cashier.
• Select "Verify ID".
• Click "Browse" and select the required data files.
• Once completed, click "Upload" to submit.

Alternatively, if your account is currently restricted:

• Visit our Safe-Cashier at: https://cashier-nj.secured-igaming-services.com
• Login using your WSOP username and password.
• Upload your documents, as detailed above.

If you've forgotten or want to change your password:

• Click the "Forgot/Change Password" link on our login page and submit the required details.
• To request a reminder of your username, please submit the following details (as registered at WSOP.com) using our "Contact us" form: 

1. Your first and last name
2. Full postal address, including the city and zip code
3. Email address 

Note: Your username cannot be changed.

In order for us to geo-locate you successfully, please ensure that:

• Your Wi-Fi is enabled. Click here for instructions on how to turn on your Wi-Fi.

• Note: You don’t need to be connected to the Internet using Wi-Fi, but you should be able to see Wi-Fi networks from your computer.

• If your device doesn't have Wi-Fi capabilities, many players have found success using a Wi-Fi Adapter which can be purchased at most major retailers and/or electronic stores.
• If your Wi-Fi signals are too weak or keep being interrupted, try improving Wi-Fi-reception by re-positioning your router; alternatively, you may want to consider installing a Wi-Fi range extender to boost the signals in your range.
• If you're situated in a tall building and on a high floor, this can also have a negative effect and prevent your location from being accurately pinpointed using Wi-Fi. Please ensure that you're located as close to ground level as possible and able to detect Wi-Fi networks.
