In order for us to geo-locate you successfully, please ensure that:
Below you'll find a list of the most common location verification issues and possible solutions:
We've detected remote desktop software on your machine (RDP)
If you have remote desktop software such as 'LogMeIn' or 'GoToMyPC' running on your laptop or desktop device, you will not be able to access real money gaming. You will need to quit these programs and ensure they are no longer running on your device.
For a better understanding of remote desktop software, click here.

Also, if you're running proxy or VPN software, such as 'Witopia', 'OpenVPN', or 'HMA', you will not be able to access real money gaming. Please close such programs and try login into your WSOP.com account again.
Too close to state border
If you're playing near the state borders, we might not be able to accurately determine your location; please move further into Nevada and try again.
Technical error in geolocation
Our geolocation service does NOT support Chrome OS devices. Please use a device with an alternative operating system to access your WSOP.com account.
