Frankie Banali was born on November 14, 1951, in Queens, New York City, New York, to Italian immigrants, Jack and Martha Banali. In 1975, he moved to Los Angeles, where he spent four years playing drums with various bands, including Steppenwolf with Nick St. Nicholas and Goldy McJohn. In 1980, he joined forces with Kevin DuBrow and formed DuBrow with a revolving door of musicians, before settling with guitarist Carlos Cavazo and bassist Chuck Wright. After Rudy Sarzo replaced Wright, DuBrow changed its name to Quiet Riot. After signing with Pasha Records in September 1982, Banali and the band found success with Metal Health, which was released six months after signing their deal. Eight months after its release, Metal Health hit #1 on the Billboard charts, making it the first heavy metal album to go #1.
Not to be confused with And I Feel Fine
"I Feel Fine" is a song written by John Lennon (credited to Lennon–McCartney) and released in 1964 by the Beatles as the A-side of their eighth British single. The song is notable for being one of the first uses of guitar feedback in popular music.
Lennon wrote the guitar riff while in the studio recording "Eight Days a Week". "I wrote 'I Feel Fine' around that riff going on in the background", he recalled. "I told them I'd write a song specially for the riff. So they said, 'Yes. You go away and do that', knowing that we'd almost finished the album Beatles for Sale. Anyway, going into the studio one morning, I said to Ringo, 'I've written this song but it's lousy'. But we tried it, complete with riff, and it sounded like an A-side, so we decided to release it just like that." Both John Lennon and George Harrison said that the riff was influenced by a riff in "Watch Your Step", a 1961 release written and performed by Bobby Parker and covered by the Beatles in concerts during 1961 and 1962.Paul McCartney said the drums on "I Feel Fine" were inspired by Ray Charles's "What'd I Say".
I Feel Fine is an EP by the alternative rock band Black Lab. Four of the six tracks on this album would later be released on their second LP, See the Sun, and a fifth, "Perfect Girl", was re-recorded for the See the Sun album. The last track, "Gone", was re-released on 2007's Passion Leaves a Trace. "Learn to Crawl" appeared on the Music from and Inspired by Spider-Man soundtrack.

Right now I really don't care if I'm alone or if I got you sittin' here.
Oh, no look I've done it again.
Man I should think about it before I say anything.
1,2,3,4, Looks like I'm alone again and...
I feel fine.
Doesn't really matter now cause I'm all right.
She knocked me on my ass again, but I don't mind.
Looks like I'm alone again and I feel fine.
Right now I don't know what to say, because you're mean and I never liked you anyway.
Don't ever call cause I don't want to be friends.
Excuse me now because the chorus is comin' up again.
1,2,3,4, Looks like I'm alone again and...
I feel fine.
Doesn't really matter now cause I'm all right.
She knocked me on my ass again, but I don't mind.
Looks like I'm alone again and I feel fine.
They come and go and I don't feel a thing.
It's not causeI'm a jerk and I don't care.
And I don't know what's the matter with me.
I only know the right girl still out there.
I feel fine.
Doesn't really matter now cause I'm all right.
She knocked me on my ass again, but I don't mind.
Looks like I'm alone again and I feel fine.
I feel fine.
Doesn't really matter now cause I'm all right.
She knocked me on my ass again, but I don't mind.
