The Topaz Lance was an Enhancing material or gem weapon in Rise of Mana. It is part of the sword material group and could be used to yield experience points to spears. Player can gain gem weapons by participating in emergency quests and synthesize them by visiting the workshop in Miste Town. The enhanced weapon can gain further experience should the gem weapon matches its rank and attribute.
Experience yield[edit]
If the enhanced weapon either matches the rank or the attribute, experience yield will correspond to a partial match. If both rank and attribute are the same, this will be deemed a perfect match and synthesized weapon will be granted full experience.
