PLACING AN ORDER

Why was my order cancelled?

We take the right to cancel any order if the item is out of stock, or if for any reason we are unable to process your order within 24-72 business hours (excluding holidays).

We can also cancel the order if our analytics determines that the payment method may be fraudulent to avoid a chargeback later.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon, and Apple Pay.

When my order will be shipped?

Most orders are shipped 24 hours after the order is received. Full color or custom orders may require additional processing time.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your label prints. If you do not receive that information please message us.

We process orders Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. We do not ship on weekends or holidays (the post office is closed). All orders placed on Friday EST will be shipped the next business day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, orders $50 and up (excluding shipping charges) apply for free shipping. You must use the code USFREESHIP during the checkout. If the code is not applied during the checkout, cannot be applied later.

If you apply the code for free shipping, for packages weighing up to 15 oz, we ship with First Class mail service, packages over 16 oz are shipped with USPS priority mail service.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

No. We do not have control over the shipment. For overnight shipping, the delivery is "expected", not guaranteed. Distance, weather conditions, availability, and other factors affect delivery.

On the other hand, to ensure that you receive a fresh product, most of our products are produced after the order is received.

What carrier do you use?

In order to minimize shipping costs, most orders are shipped with USPS with a tracking number.

Other carriers available are UPS, FedEx, and DHL. You select the carrier and service during the checkout.

Delays on shipment, you may contact USPS customer service with the tracking number.

Where is my package?

You will receive an email with tracking as soon as the order is complete. Please, allow 24-48 hrs for the tracking number to update.

We have no control over USPS, once we drop off packages at the post office is out of our hands.

If tracking number doesn't update, you should call USPS costumer service with the tracking number and they will help you. If you call us, you only add a layer to solve the issue.

If package is lost, we must open a claim after 15 passed days according to USPS policies, more info at USPS.com

What if items are damaged when they arrive?

If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, or the wrong product shipped, please contact us immediately. Returns must be accepted by US Rallystripes within 14 days of the delivery date

Most graphics are made to order so to reduce waste, all orders are subject to a 24 hour grace period and during this time you must email us directly to cancel an order or make any desired changes. ANY CANCELLATION PAST THE 24-HOUR GRACE PERIOD IS SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE.

For most items, we use Avery Dennison's high-performance series or superior. Other brands we use are 3M, Oracal, and APA.

Do I need a Professional installer?

Do you accept custom orders?

We will always be willing to help those who support our work. However, custom orders consume considerable time and resources that are often not compensated for. We are not accepting custom orders at this moment due to the lack of time.

Can I buy one side?

Graphics offered as a set of 2, are produced and sold in pairs.

Only in the case of a previous order, if you spoiled one side during installation, we will allow you to buy one side as a replacement. We understand that errors during installation can occur.

Our graphics do not replace the stock ones, even when they are very similar, they are made with different materials and processes.

What pre-cut set means?

Computer cut, intended to match a specific car, model, and year. So you don't need to make cuts, or just a few.

What are Air Release Channels?

Air release channels (ARC) are very small lines in the adhesive on the back of the vinyl that allow air to flow out when it is applied to a vehicle.

Unfortunately, this feature is not available for all vinyl. When you select the color from the menu, if the color is followed by the acronym ARC, it means that the vinyl has air channels, and its dry or wet installation will not leave bubbles, independently of your level as an installer.

What is pressure sensitive adhesive?

It is a low-tack adhesive for cast and premium wrap vinyl.

Wrong item/color selected. Can I return it for exchange/refund?

Yes, you can. Our policies last 14 days after the package is delivered. You contact us for directions.

Make sure to provide a tracking number after shipment, delivery is not guaranteed without a tracking number.

For returned items, a 25% restocking fee will be applied and shipping charges are not refundable.

Both methods are OK when you know what you are doing. Dry is faster and riskier, wet is slower but safer.

We send the application guide as reference, but if you feel confident with a different method go ahead.

We always advise professional help, remember you install at your own risk.

Is Avery Dennison a quality vinyl?
