Quotes - I'm sorry, but I have no choice but to be harsh with you here. All three quotes are cliche - Oscar Wilde, George Bush, Al Gore. We Uncyclopedians hear those all the time, and we're sick of it. The quotes are funny, so I suggest you just change the names. And remove the Oscar Wilde quote. Too many cooks spoil the broth(:
Opening/Intro - It's pretty nice, short and sweet. Nothing else to say here. The layout's way off, but I'll touch on that later.
Physical Characteristics - You included a hopelessly warped sense of fashion, which is good. However, you missed out on the colours. A Sweat shirt with stained khakis or cargo shorts that haven't been washed in weeks along with out-grown sandles and grimy knee-high socks might look okay with the right colors, so you should include something like "A generic yellow hooded sweatshirt with purple khakis with wax all over along with out-grown green sandals." You just need to add in the color. Oh, any you should also add in lots of

Two pictures. Both little young fidgety weird kids who sit behind you in third period. The first one is horribly out of place, but it does fit into the article. Not a picture that would make somebody laugh, but a picture that's more or less expected of in an article. The other picture, at the bottom, is okay. The caption is pretty good, but you should only keep the "Someday I will fucking kill all of you." part. That part's nice.
