The "Swan Shabby Chic Cottage" Dollhouse is ready for it's new owner,Barbara. This is the same house I wrote the how to book on. But I added a couple of inches. The original is 15 1/4" and this one is 18 1/2" tall. I made the screen door out of 2 pieces of 1/16" bass. And used real screen material in between. A pink grande dame! This sweet dollhouse is called Maison Rose. It's 1/12 scale. This house is measures 21 1/8" tall x 22” across x 18" deep. The downstairs interior measures: 20" x 16 1/8" x 8 3/4" tall. From the front of the stairs to the front wall is 5". The back wall behind the stairs is 10". I'm back after a few absent weeks. First, I went to the beach for a vacation. Then I took a couple of weeks to come up and build a new design. This is Heritage House. It's a smaller version of "Somewhere in France." This custom dollhouse is 23 3/4" tall x 18" deep x 19 1/2"across. The lights and fireplace mantle have battery operated light. La Maison de thee de Marie Antoinette is a 1/12 scale custom dollhouse. For this one I wanted a sophisticated and feminine look.
