Mayor Swinton is a female pig who was cut from Zootopia. In earlier drafts of the film, she was the mayor of the city. Mayor Swinton is a curvy-figured pig with pink skin, brown hooves, and a tuft of white hair curling between her ears. She wears a cream sleeveless dress with a black sash, a coral red jacket, and a flower necklace, as well as two bangles. Her eyes are violet and framed by long eyelashes.
