Both of these are ways to help quickly dry your hair without ruining your natural texture like a traditional towel wrap will. I sometimes see people leave their hair up in the plop for over an hour, and I actually don’t recommend that at all! Number one, it will squash out your natural texture, but number two it can be really bad for your scalp health to keep moisture trapped like that for so long!
