I received an email from a follower, now friend, that she had inherited a large collection of vintage cabbage ware from her mother and that her mother who had passed was a follower of ours. She wanted to collection to be displayed, loved, and cared for. I was in shock. Me? She wants me to love and care for her mother’s stunning cabbage ware collection? Cue the tears. I emailed her back saying I would be honored. My mom lives in Florida and was able to pick up the Cabbage ware for me and is storing it until we get down to Florida to pick it up in a few months.
