Easy navigating website site, but requires physical review because images are not enough and can be misleading

It was easy navigating the website and reviewing all the information and vehicles. We appreciate the fact there was an internal tech inspection done by the company which is reflected on the website. It helped a lot in filtering the cars. From the moment we chose the vehicle (on site) it was fast enough to proceed to final preparation for a car to be taken out. From the minuses - we still had to walk around facility and review the vehicles, images were not enough for choosing; some cars were already pre-booked which limited our options. The manager with whom we were contacting didn’t have enough information on the technical details of the cars and was busy with other work or clients, so essentially she couldn’t help us much and we spent quite some time going around and choosing the car that fits the budget and technical specifications.
Overall it was good experience and I can recommend it for anyone who knows what to he wants to get.

Handover as planned, fast and accurate

All the documents and licence plates were ready as planned, the car clean, great help from Bogdan Dumitru.
There was an issue with too much oil in the engine noticed after leaving the premises, but he offered to take out the excessive amount, should I returned to the garage.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience, bought a van from this company, they told me everything was fine, received the van with without some buttons. From the door and from the dashboard. Broken front window, elevator comand totally broken, plus some other things. Contact them, their answer was. All this problems and the fact they told me Everything was fine, all this is normal for them, I strongly don't recommend this company to my friends and business partners. And if you decide to do business with them be very careful. I'm doing business with Dutch people for 30 years it is the first time I founded not honest ones.

Dear client, you or your client is not happy with the van you bought from us with 360.000 kilometer. So, something went wrong. I checked and saw you received all pictures and our technical rapport on wich was the broken front window also mentioned. We told you gearbox and engine are fine an that's correct. About the buttons it seems we have a misunderstanding, on the picture one button is missing and we promissed you to replace but I think we forgot. Our solution is, send us the invoice for replacing and we hope -after that- everything is fine! About honesty, we think you are very honest!

The delivery time is too long

The delivery time is too long. it took 2 weeks to deliver the van!! and when I went to pick up the van finally, I had to wait more than 30 minutes because they forgot to pick up the can from the location where it was maintained! very bad service.

Professional van dealers !

Kleyn Vans is a trustworthy professional. Pieter Dave Kroon who was my direct contact helped me to export to Africa a vehicle within a very short time frame (3 days!!) together with his team. We would have missed the boat if he was not responsive.
On top of that there is plenty of choices in stock with a fair price. I will probably buy more in the coming weeks
