Easy navigating website site, but requires physical review because images are not enough and can be misleading
It was easy navigating the website and reviewing all the information and vehicles. We appreciate the fact there was an internal tech inspection done by the company which is reflected on the website. It helped a lot in filtering the cars. From the moment we chose the vehicle (on site) it was fast enough to proceed to final preparation for a car to be taken out. From the minuses - we still had to walk around facility and review the vehicles, images were not enough for choosing; some cars were already pre-booked which limited our options. The manager with whom we were contacting didn’t have enough information on the technical details of the cars and was busy with other work or clients, so essentially she couldn’t help us much and we spent quite some time going around and choosing the car that fits the budget and technical specifications.
Overall it was good experience and I can recommend it for anyone who knows what to he wants to get.

In reply to Mr Nissen. I have also reviewed our txt conversations. You seem to think that a consumers right to inform people of very bad customer service is a threat when in-fact it is a right.
You also state that you offered to repair my van when the air conditioning unit was broken but you fail to mention that the van was already at a mechanics when you offered that. And when you made a repair on the van regarding the gearbox it took you nearly a month to fix it which did not fill me with convenience.
You fail to mention that this is the reason why you had to supply a replacement van which was one of your company vans so I find it hard to believe it cost you anything.
You seem to think that by saying that you have already spent a lot of money absolves you from further responsibility. In my line of work and what I consider a decent and honorable way to approach one’s business, if something goes wrong and it is the service providers fault then that should be rectified by the service provider. On occasion when this happens the service provider makes a loss. And to quote Mr Nissen “that’s bad luck”.
I do not expect anything from this company but what I can say is, it is my right to warn as many people as possible and in so doing hopefully prevent anyone else losing out as much as I have.
It is worth remembering bad service has a far greater impact than good service.

They are unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. I cannot believe Trustpilot has given them a favourable rating.
I am a small business and in the last 4 months Kleyn Trucks has cost me in excess of 4,000 euros in repair costs and countless days of lost work and income that also run into the thousands.
The whole experience with Kleyn has been a disaster from the moment I signed the contract.
Firstly, the truck was not ready when they said it would be, with no apology. The only explanation they gave me was that there was a problem with the finance company. I rang the financing company and they said there was no problem. I called Pieter Pressman (the salesman who sold me the van) and he told me it was the financing company. It turned out they had to rebuild the gear box which wasn't made clear when I agreed to buy it. At that point I tried to pull out but was informed this would cost me approx. €3000.
Trying to get straight answers from Pieter Pressman was very difficult and phone calls and txts often remained unanswered. The most common response I got from Mr Pressman was "We do our best". It seemed to me a kind of reply he’d learned from a salesman conference to use when dealing with an unhappy client.
Eventually, the van was delivered 4 weeks late with a cracked windscreen. On the van description prior to buying the vehicle it does not state there is a cracked windscreen. I was told I had missed the crack even though the crack is at least 35cm long and in my line of driving sight. I contacted Peter Pressman and he told me to get it fixed via my insurance. I called Dave Nijssen (CEO) but he refused to help citing that they had already spent a lot on the truck. His response was he might pay me €100 or €200 towards the window and that I should drop by for a coffee next time I was passing by.
Currently, having had the truck since October 23, I have had to pay over €1600 to fix the AC compressor which had completely failed with the pulley totally fusing. I had to pay the cost of the low loader to the mechanic, the city centre parking outside the garage whilst waiting for the low loader (5 days), a new battery, and now a new alternator, gasket and belt and i still have to replace the windscreen that will cost me €900.
I called Mr Nijsen and he said it was just bad luck and I had to take the costs but I should drop by for a coffee next time I was passing. Needless to say I declined his offer.
In conclusion, this company has seriously had a negative effect on my company. The responses from Mr Pressman and the CEO Mr Nijssen have been very negative and unworthy of a serious service company. I will try my best to save people from a similar experience and would urge whoever is thinking of buying a van from Kleyn to think again, it could cost you dearly.

Handover as planned, fast and accurate
All the documents and licence plates were ready as planned, the car clean, great help from Bogdan Dumitru.
There was an issue with too much oil in the engine noticed after leaving the premises, but he offered to take out the excessive amount, should I returned to the garage.

Dont recommend to nobody this company ... its really bad and they dont look what they sell they just speak nice til you have some problems. I was both bus couple weeks ago and they sad it's perfect condition but just after one day it's coming engine light. I was thinked ok that's can happen they can fix all good. Then they was tooked van for one week they sad they fixed everything now its all good you are ready to go. But on the way from them to home after 30min my engine light coming back how it was before and after couple minutes my gear box was out not working also gas pedal not working. And when you call to them and ask for help they dont want to help and they speak in that way that its almost your fold that its broken and then they send you to another collega. And in my opinion its not normall when they fixing all week and when you pick up they say everything its perfect now and not even after one hour it's broken again. They just want to help you to buy car from them in that moment they speak wery nice til you buy. And after you have just problems. Maybe it's not with all bus from them but in my opinion they just want to sell and they will say everything what they can that you just buy from them. Don't recommend.
