My card details have been compromised through trying to transaction with this company

I tried to buy tickets through the site this morning. The site asked me to sign up for an account and enter credit card details for storage as part of that process. After doing so, I then got an email with an invoice and charge from a company called Allgobeauty. Which means I've had to cancel my credit card as the card details have been compromised, with a company I was not transacting with through ents24 website. Be careful!

Thank you for your review, and we're sorry to hear you had problems.

We don't ask customers to sign up for an account before they make a purchase and when we ask you for your card details it's very clear which tickets you're buying. We're confident that you must have entered your card details on another website, not Ents24.

If you look in your browsing history, you should be able to see which website you were on which took your details.

I have had very positive support from…

I have had very positive support from the ents 24 team.
Having purchased tickets I had given the wrong email & couldn’t access them. The team helped me to sort it through by emails & got me on the right track to solve the problem.

Im not very confident with technology & feel so silly getting in a muddle.
However, the team helped me sort it out in a format I could understand.
Thankyou so much to the team. I never thought I could sort it through emailing but they were prompt with replies.
I felt very supported.

I’ve bought the wrong thing

I was contacted and issue resolved. I have yet to purchase my proper ticket but at least now I am assured that I will get the help from the Ents team. I always prefer to buy from these guys they keep the prices fair which we all know you cannot say for the majority of rocketing sights these days.

Incompetent.

Incompetent.
Sent attendees Tickets with Doors Open 12:00 Noon - but Event starts 20:00 Hrs
Long way to travel to stand in cold for 7 to 8 Hours.
This shows them up to be paper pushers for their Fee But never read the script!

Smart Casual is hilarious

Brilliant night at Jeff Innocent last night. Loved the venue, warm up act and Jeff was hilarious. Even met him outside .

Great seats

Tickets were cheaper than ticketmaster. Great seats even though I did not get to choose seat. Could choose the section. Took a chance and scored. I will use again. Have not received ticket yet but show not until next year.

Quick supply of tickets.

I have no smartphone, so ticket agents that only send to phones are no use to me i.e. AXS, and I do not agree with 'dynamic pricing' a straight forward rip-off, this transaction however was quick and easy. I had printed my tickets within 10 minutes.

Technophobe orders tickets

I confess I'm an analogue bod in a digital world 🙄 .... but this site was so easy to order my ticket to see The Rezillos next year, and I'm getting a ticket I can actually stick in my pocket not sommat on my phone I have to get someone to help me find.
I shall be using them again 🙂👍

Based on buying tickets

Based on buying tickets - smooth transaction. Gave time to allow for a mistake … I put my card number in wrong first time so thought I’d lose your tickets, however, got all the details in correctly and kept the tickets 👍🏻
