My card details have been compromised…

My card details have been compromised through trying to transaction with this company
I tried to buy tickets through the site this morning. The site asked me to sign up for an account and enter credit card details for storage as part of that process. After doing so, I then got an email with an invoice and charge from a company called Allgobeauty. Which means I've had to cancel my credit card as the card details have been compromised, with a company I was not transacting with through ents24 website. Be careful!

I've been using this site to book and search for tickets for gigs, comedy and theatre shows for about a year. I like that you can also search for a show in a specific area of the country.

The booking process is easy and usually once payment has been made I have received my tickets straight away.

What I like about this site is it gives suggestions on accommodation local to the show, which is handy if you are looking to stay somewhere overnight or for a few nights. It also shows you information about the venue, so you can view the seating plan or additional numbers if you have accessibility questions before booking.

What isn't great about the site is when you are scrolling and click on an artist and come out of that search, it's takes you back to the beginning, which is very annoying.

Straightforward ticketing

Straightforward ticketing! I know what I want and all I want is to get my tickets. Thankfully Ents24 don’t complicate things but just do things properly.

We saw John on the Queen Anne 14/12/24

We saw John on the Queen Anne 14/12/24. He had the audience in stitches. I had tears rolling down my face for an hour. The comedy was clean, original and fast.
I am at a loss why he isn't a household name

Had trouble getting our tickets with the email we had and had good customer service trying to sort it out and done it for us with less stress
