Orders sometimes take a little while to ship, but they always deliver exactly what was ordered, and it's so easy to upload the shopping list directly from OSM. I love the fact that postage is free and the packaging recyclable.

I only needed to order a small item from the store which was hardly worth the free postage. The order arrived very quickly with a lovely handwritten note attached. However, the colour of the item I had ordered was wrong (my fault!) and I had to order another one in a different colour. I even offered to pay for the postage for this one. The order was sent yet again very quickly, with no request to pay for the postage and another lovely handwritten note attached. Very impressed and delighted to receive this sort of service - I will definitely be using the store again in the future. Thank you so much!

I'm a scout leader with no scout shop local to me, always hated the idea of parents ordering uniform online, paying for postage only to send back at a cost for a refund or a different size.
Project X Adventures Ltd have solved this problem, Free postage and super fast delivery means its like having a local shop online.
So far I have done 2 orders and both times have came in a super fast time and included a lovely touch inside the parcel.

Easy to use ordering system on the website and very speedy turnaround. A few items were unavailable so were delayed but these items were clearly marked on the invoice/inventory included within the initial delivery. Sure enough the missing items turned up a week or so later. This is really helpful in keeping track of what I’ve ordered particularly as I coordinate the orders for all our group leaders. Will definitely be using again.

Happy with scout shirt just glad I wasn't in a rush. Appreciated the free shipping on such a small order even with the 2-14 days delivery window as a consequence. I rated 4 stars only on the basis I emailed then telephoned to get an update on dispatch after 10 days but no response from either method. The package arrived within the next couple of days. Would order again.

Needed a new pair of walking boots after my boots disintegrated on the first day of a 4 day pilgrimage. Recommended to use these guys by a friend. And they came up trumps ordered at 1:20 and rang them for a next day before 9:00am. Boots arrived at 8:00am. They literally saved the day. Brilliant company and special customer service. Very grateful to them and look forward to using them in the future👏👏👏
