UGA students, faculty and staff can install Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus for free on up to five devices, such as your phone, tablet, and laptop with Windows or Apple operating systems. Office 365 ProPlus includes Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and more.

Rescheuled Biannual Network Maintenance set for October 27,2024: EITS plans to conduct network maintenance on Sunday, October 27, 2024. Network maintenances are necessary to continue to support the network, allowing EITS to provide ample bandwidth and Internet capacity to the University in the future. The origional maintenance was scheduled for September 29, but was postponed dur to incliment weather. For more information on this maintenance visit: Network Maintenance.

Monday-Friday*: 7:30 A.M. - 6:30 P.M.
Saturday: Closed
*On Fridays before UGA home football games, the Help Desk closes at 5 p.m.

If you must email or store sensitive information for an official reason, University of Georgia policy requires that it must be encrypted.
