This research was conducted at PT. Barokah Putra, Jatinangor District. Qualitative research techniques were used in this study. data gathered from speaking with informants. The leaders and staff of PT. Barokah Putra, a total of 7 people, serve as informants in this study. The results of the study show that employee discipline and performance are good enough, but the company still needs to increase the types of compensation given to employees, because it will greatly affect employee discipline. In order to improve performance, training is needed for employees, besides that leaders must carry out better supervision to maintain the quality of the products produced.

This study uses quantitative methods with the number of respondents being 98 visitors at LaBuana Resto & Café Makassar. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The results of the calculation of the Store atmosphere variable (X1) on average of 4.06 which means most respondents agree on the statement items store atmosphere. While the results of the variable (X2) Word of mouth on average of 4.16, which means that most of the respondents agree with the statement items. The results showed that store atmosphere and word of mouth had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Labuan Cafe & Restaurant Makassar, as evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 > 0.05. This proves that the store atmosphere and word of mouth have an effect on purchasing decisions at LaBuana Resto & Cafe Makassar.

The approach used is a quantitative descriptive approach. The research population is culinary companies in the city of Makassar. Data were collected using a survey with the technique of determining the company as the sample is the convenience sampling technique. A total of 120 questionnaires were circulated to be filled out by the owner, manager or at least the supervisor level. A total of 97 questionnaires were returned and after being checked, were declared complete for analysis. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and then tested for validity and reliability. The object of this research is the consumer of soccer shoes in Pangandaran Regency. The sampling method of this study was an accidental sampling technique with 97 respondents. The data analysis technique was the multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results showed that brand image has no significant effect on repurchase intention. Meanwhile, product design and celebrity endorsements have a positive effect on repurchase intention.

In the digital era, technology is increasingly developing and provides convenience for doing various things, including in terms of learning. The purpose of this study will be an analysis of the role of ChatGPT in helping to improve the quality of student productivity. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. This study concludes that ChatGPT can make a significant contribution in improving the quality of student productivity. This language model can help students in various ways, such as providing useful information and resources, helping to improve language skills, facilitating collaboration, increasing time efficiency and effectiveness, and providing support and motivation.

The results showed that the implementation of governance must be endeavored to fulfill the Smart Readiness Element in an effort to overcome urban problems, readiness of the Ministry of Communication and Information, local government and human resources, infrastructure, integration, public services and budgeting.

This paper attempts to explore the drivers of green export performance by considering case studie... more This paper attempts to explore the drivers of green export performance by considering case studies in Indonesian small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Conceptually, the uniqueness of green products and export entrepreneurship is proposed as an antecedent of green export performance. The ability to exploit the capacity of green products is used as an antecedent for the uniqueness of green products, while competitive capacity and market explorative capacity are considered as an antecedent of export entrepreneurship. 383 exporters in Indonesia are involved in this research. Using Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS statistical software, findings show that the capacity of exploitative green products and the capacity of green product exploitation had a significant impact on the uniqueness of green products. The competitive capacity and explorative capacity of market distance have positive significant effects on export entrepreneurship. Moreover, the uniqueness of green products has a significant positive effect on export entrepreneurship and on green export performance. This finding indicates the importance of exploiting green products to improve export performance by SMEs in Indonesia.

While a comprehensive model for organizational learning (OL) remains elusory, the wide web of sch... more While a comprehensive model for organizational learning (OL) remains elusory, the wide web of scholarly conversation and debate has spurred rich insight into the central questions of how and what people learn in organizational settings. This paper is aimed at exploring some of those debates, with a view to identifying a complementary set of factors that, if present, might tip the balance towards more fruitful learning in organizations. I begin by exploring the debates shaping the literature through two central questions: 1) What is learning? and 2) Can organizations learn? Based on the insights gained, I turn to the question of how organizations can increase their capacity to learn. I define learning in organizations as a multilevel process whereby members individually and collectively acquire knowledge by acting together and reflecting together. Knowledge is acquired, or created, and applied by individuals. In turn, individual knowledge is shared, combined, expanded, tested, and applied amongst individuals to become group or community knowledge. As that knowledge is captured, spread and embedded in organizational features, such as strategies and protocols, it becomes part of an organizational context, or code, that, in turn, influences what and how groups, communities, and individuals learn. The code continues to evolve as it consumes the learning of individuals and groups. Rather than searching for the ultimate recipe for learning, I offer a set of questions as a starting place for this exploration. The questions and commentary are meant to tap into the tremendous amount of wisdom that has been generated in the area of organizational learning.

Organizational learning is measured by information acquisition, information dissemination within the organization, information usage, and information storage. Financial performance is measured using indicators perceptions of MSME owners of financial performance. This study shows that the acquisition and storage of information have a positive but not significant influence on financial performance while the dissemination and use of information have a positive and significant effect on MSME financial performance. The study aims at investigating public accountability influence on government performance. Public... more The study aims at investigating public accountability influence on government performance. Public accountability in form of legal accountability, honesty, process, policy, result, program and financial accountability as well as local government perferomance were identified. Data were collected from Toraja Regency – Indonesia. Questionnaires were sent to local government officers, members of local parliament, as well as public figures in Toraja Regency were interviewed. Seven hypotheses were tested. The results reveal that legal, honesty, process, policy, result, program and financial accountability have positive significant influence on local government performance. It is sugested that local parliamentary members and local pulic figures create a system in order to keep accountability of governmental activities.
