* The license of the Images purchased with the Standard License may be upgraded to the Extended License through the pages of Your Account > Download History.
For more details, please refer to the FAQ “Can I upgrade purchased image to Extended Licensed image?“ - * The Images downloaded under the Subscription may not be used for the Extended License Purpose.
- * The Footage is not subject to the Extended License. Unless otherwise agreed with Pixta in writing, the Footage may be used within the purposes as designated by Pixta below
- * If the Content is used for the Extended License Purposes without obtaining the Extended License properly, such use of the Content will be deemed as unauthorized use, and will be subject to the penalty as set forth in the License Agreement.
- * Under all the licenses available in the service PIXTA, the certain uses of the Content as set forth in the License Agreement are strictly prohibited. Please be sure to read the links on the Prohibitions prior to the use of the Content.
- * While the Content may be used in the products delivered to the Client, the RF license of the Content may not be assigned or transferred to the Client.
- * While the Content may be used in the products the production of which is entrusted to the subcontractor, the RF license of the Content may not be assigned or transferred to the subcontractor.
- * If it is difficult to determine whether the intended use exceeds the licenses available on PIXTA, please refer to the "FAQ about Extended License".

In case of the sale under the other terms and conditions separately designated by Pixta, the terms and usage etc. of the Content shall be subject to the agreement of the said terms and conditions so designated.
Footage
