White wisteria

Dunno if this is a particularly good shot. I've been fiddling around with manual focus and all that non-auto stuff, and it's driving me nuts! But I had to take a pic of this bloom before it faded into oblivion. The plant is taking over the joint... sending its tentacles all through the old camphor laurel tree, and now it's trying to take over my garage. But it's pretty... and it smells nice. Noted for its exceptional fragrance, award-winning Wisteria sinensis 'Jako' (Chinese Wisteria) is a deciduous climber with intensively fragrant clusters, up to 12 in. long (30 cm), of pea-like, white flowers. They appear in late spring or early summer before the leaves open. Since they bloom more or less simultaneously, they always produce a dramatic floral display.
