'It consists of three plates, and a number of bubbles of different sizes which can slide onto any plate. The puzzle starts with the bubbles in a neat stack in ascending order of size on one plate, the smallest at the top.The objective of the puzzle is to move the entire stack to another plate in minimum steps, obeying the following simple rules:
*Only one bubble may be moved at a time.
*Each move consists of taking the upper bubble from one of the stacks and placing it on top of another stack.
*No bubble may be placed on top of a smaller bubble.'
