Looking at the list, I think it needs some adjustments before I play it for the first time. There are things in the list that are peripheral to the main game plan and could be swapped out for more consistency. I think my first need is for more removal.

Some candidates for swapping out include:

• Vesuvan Shapeshifter - (Copies / Swaps For Etrata) - Inefficient
• Skywise Teachings - (Makes Tokens) - Not on focus
• Faerie Vandal - (Flash) - Not on focus
• Whisper Agent - (Flash) - Not on focus
• Foulmire Knight - (Draw and Deathtouch) - Not on focus and We have more draw

Some candidates for swapping in include:

• Ashes to Ashes - (Removal)
• Bloodchief's Thirst - (Removal)
• Devour in Shadow - (Removal)
• Murder - (Removal)

Sphinx of the Second Sun triggers at the beginning of the post-combat main phase. If you turn Vesuvan Shapeshifter face down during one of the extra upkeeps and then face up copying Sphinx of the Second Sun there will not be the beginning of your post-combat main phase until your next turn and neither the original nor the copy will trigger until then.

This is probably my third or fourth, maybe even my fifth time attempting to make a Skinwalker on this site. I think this is probably the best one I've done, honestly. Reminds me a lot of Vesuvan Shapeshifter.

I remember when Amonkhet was being spoiled, people were torn over the idea of mono-white Zombies. Then later when Ixalan came out and mono-white Vampires were a thing, everyone loved the idea of it because they were now accustomed to white showing an evil side, despite white having always had an evil side.

Anyway, make a creature who definitely isn't thought to be in mono-white - a mono-white creature. For example, a mono-white horror, or a mono-white nightmare. You could do a mono-white goblin or elf. Maybe a merfolk. Just anything that doesn't "sound right" will work, as long as you can justify the design appropriately.

I would advise against cutting Shared Summons. It has proved to be the best creature tutor in my deck. Generally it’ll grab me Seedborn Muse and Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir but can also grab the pickles lock or mix and match if I’ve got one piece of each already. Otherwise it can grab Den Protector and Vesuvan Shapeshifter for the Cyclonic Rift lock or any other pieces I need. Pulling two creatures at eot is just too valuable, and it’s one of the reasons I’ll go off on turn 5 or 6.

I have gotten to play a few games with the deck at its current build. One I came in second and another I won. There are some interesting interactions. The deck has proven resilient to board wipes and versatile dealing with opponents. MVP cards have been Seedborn Muse and Vesuvan Shapeshifter .

Seedborn Muse + Havengul Lich + Flash let me pull way ahead after board wipes winning me the game.
Scroll of Fate has proven to be a great way to dodge counter magic for must have creatures like Seedborn Muse . With this deck Scroll of Fate basically reads draw a card and play this card it is uncounterable.
Vesuvan Shapeshifter let me use Chromeshell Crab multiple times to swap 2/2 manifested lands with my opponents beaters.

Makes me wish Prophet of Kruphix was still legal. I think I am going to work on the manabase for now as the next steps.
