Dewdrop Cure

Sorcery

Gift a card (You may promise an opponent a gift as you cast this spell. If you do, they draw a card before its other effects.)

Return up to two target creature cards each with converted mana cost/mana value 2 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield. If the gift was promised, instead return up to three target creature cards each with mana value 2 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.

This is precisely why Blasphemous Act goes in all of my red decks :) Seems super strong for the budget. Of course humans really wants Cavern of Souls, but beyond that I don't think an optimized deck will perform too differently from this one. Adeline, Resplendent Cathar is awesome for humans, and she's not TOO much around $5 I think. I'd also rec Dewdrop Cure (or Sevinne's Reclamation) maybe to replace your immortal servitude, I think these are both a tad more efficient and flexible. Nice budget list!

Probably outside your budget but if you want to upgrade you should totally get Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation  Flip or Mondrak, Glory Dominus as they are both practically custom made for this kind of deck. Moonshaker Cavalry would also be a fantastic wincon and it's much cheaper at only $10.

Since you're probably only ever reanimating hares Dewdrop Cure is great because it can get you 3 for 3 mana.
