U, T: Each player reveals the top card of his or her library. You may put the revealed cards into their owners' graveyards. If you don't, each player draws a card.

There really isn't any Pioneer-legal single card that continuallu reveals topdecks without doing something else, like Dakra Mystic. There aren't that many topdeck-reveal cards outside of Pioneer, either. That's why Lantern of Insight is so valuable in the deck. The only other directly similar card is Wizened Snitches, with stuff like Aven Windreader being a lot less efficient.
I like the idea, I messed around with Modern Lantern Control for a while, but I don't think the cards are there for a Pioneer version. Your Saheeli's Silverwing blink is as efficient as anything else I came up with in a few quick searches. There just aren't that many cards that let you look at your opponent's library without immediately exiling, milling, or somehow manipulating it--Thief of Sanity, Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker, etc. Draugr Thought-Thief is pretty much the only other Pioneer-legal card I can find.

From my brief research, it looks like Dakra Mystic and Dimir Charm are the only viable options being 2 cmc or less.
I think lantern control would be a cool deck in pioneer. A lot of sideboard these days also are geared to take on lantern control with leyline of sanctity and artifact removal.
But maybe I also just feel that way from how modern warped with modern horizons and how the Pioneer meta got stale for the past few months.

I have this list and I noticed, where is Lantern of Insight? Jimmy talked about it in the "deck tech" video on this deck. But it's nowhere to be seen in this list, only Precognition Field, so Ghoulcaller's Bell, Codex Shredder and Dakra Mystic do kind of nothing in this. Maybe add even Lens of Clarity or Explorer's Scope as a kind of budget alternative to Lantern of Insight

What about Mindslaver and Strionic Resonator?
Nephalia Smuggler gives you evasion, and what's more, if you use it on creatures you control but someone else owns, they stay on your side when they flicker back in.
Something like Lantern of Insight, Wizened Snitches, Dakra Mystic, Psychic Surgery, and Glasses of Urza are all great ways to get some intelligence on what is in the opponents' hands. The topdeck surveillance combos especially well with Sen, as you already know from Hinder. See something nice on their topdeck? Take control of them, force them to draw, and then play the card before they ever get access to it.
Also, Isperia the Inscrutable seems like it would fit in well...

You could cut Dakra Mystic . Low impact, either doesn't mill for a lot or gives your opponent some card advantage. Fleet Swallower draws a lot of hate, and would probably be fine to drop. Unless you have some very important 3 cmc cards to transmute into, Perplex isn't worth it. Could be swapped for another counterspell if you want though.

Hey man, thanks for the suggestions! I'm probably going to sub out Dryad of the Ilysian Grove as I pick up the pain and check lands, and Hogaak is just a free 8/8, which is pretty good in commander. As for your suggestions, Sakura-Tribe Elder has got to go in. As for Dakra Mystic, it seems a bit too cute as I make my deck more powerful. Thanks for the suggestions, and as always, Happy Tapping!

Hello, again! I think the deck is pretty solid for semi-competive. I dont personnally like some of the card choices, but they arent bad choices, jist cards I dont like as much. Please bare with me as Im on a phone in am airport, lol:
Dryad of the Ilysian Grove feels off in this deck. I dont know how badly you need the color fixing or extra land drops, but I would lean more toward Sakura-Tribe Elder or Wood Elves unless you plan to throw in a Stripmine to fully utilize the extra land drops. As a rule of thumb, I like my ramp to cap out at 2 CMC unless needed for other purposes/combos.
Has Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis been doing any work for you without Bridge from Below? Seems like he'd just be a beat-stick in this build unless Im missing something.
Lastly, I really like the idea of running Dakra Mystic in this deck as you can mess up top of deck tutors and filter card draw. Just a few initial thoughts!
Happy Gaming!

I would consider switching out cards like Curiosity and Keen Sense for things like Hunter's Insight, Return of the Wildspeaker, Hunter's Prowess, or Rishkar's Expertise. My guess is that you'll get a lot more value out of 1-time large draw effects as Pako will be a prime target for removal. Rishkar's/Return of the Wildspeaker are insane value if you're able to attack just once and keep Pako around.
Thought Scour seems like an inefficient cantrip, if you want to keep the curve low maybe Ponder would be better suited for the slot?
Wilderness Reclamation, Seedborn Muse, Leyline of Anticipation, and Vedalken Orrery all seem like great ways to further utilize Halden's ability during everyone else's turns which could be very powerful.
Dakra Mystic seems odd given that no matter what the card on top either goes into your opponents hands or their graveyard, removing your ability to choose whether or not you want cards to remain on top of their library.
Wizened Snitches seems expensive for this effect
Given that you can play lands with Halden I think the Dryad/Oracle effects are very strong and a great inclusion. Same with Song of Creation in this deck. Perhaps consider playing Azusa, Lost but Seeking as well?
Maybe swap one of your removal spells for Beast Within, card is so good given it's flexibility.
