Jaded Blossom Monthly Challenge: Crafters Choice!

Happy Sunday!! It's the first sunday of the month so that means is Jaded Blossom challenge day!

This months challenge is Crafters Choice! 

I went on vacation to San Diego last week to a convention called Comic Con. I thought it would be fun to make tip envelopes with a nerdy comic theme for the hotel room maids and waiters / waitresses. I got these icons awhile ago so they are no longer available. 

These tip envelopes are from SVG Cutting Files.


I used Mini Tag Dies 2, Kind Thanks and For the Hostess Jaded Blossom stamps.

Save the Animals Charity Blog Hop

Hello and Welcome to the Save the Animals Charity Blog Hop!


This is the first stop on the hop!

This Blog Hop will work a little differently than our past ones. We give free SVGs all the time, and this time, we are asking YOU to give back to the Animals by donating to our fundraising campaign "Save the Animals". By donating, you can earn exclusive SVGs. Here is a look at the donation levels. And as a BONUS since your donation is going to a charity, its a tax write off!! So keep your receipt!

Here is an example of the donation screen.. When donating, please make sure to include your email address under "personal note" so that we can send you the SVGs that pertain to your donation level (it will not be published on the website)




Each person in this hop picked one animal to represent today. I picked Whales, of course! And here is a picture and some facts that I want to share with you before we get to my project... Did you know...

During the 15 years of whale capture in Washington and British Columbia:
275 TO 307 WHALES WERE CAUGHT 55 WERE TRANSFERRED TO AQUARIUMS 12 OR 13 DIED DURING CAPTURE OPERATIONS

 Please do not support Sea World or other Marine life parks that capture animals for your entertainment.

Now on to my project.. I made cards with some of the files you get for donating!!

NEW from SVG Cutting Files is this Arched Top Card Base! It goes perfectly with the round save the animal SVGs.


From Jaded Blossom I used Mini Tag Dies and Thank You is from Kind Thanks stamp set.

Pawsing to say Thanks

Hi Everyone! Happy Tuesday, today is my day over at SVG Cutting Files!! 

This cute chubby kitty is a new file that will be released on Friday!! I made this cute card with him!


I cut out the pattern paper for my card using the new Jaded Blossom Card Mat Dies.

Here is a close up of the cute kitty! I used doodlebug textured cardstock for the kitty and mouse. Cuts like a gem in the Cameo!


Here is my sentiment.. I used Jaded Blossom's Kind Thanks and embossed it in white. Shows up alot better in person.

SVG Cutting Files Monthly Challenge

Hi Everyone! Today is challenge day over at SVG Cutting Files! 

This months challenge is to create anything for a female relative. I made these favors for my niece's 16th birthday party.

I used SVG Cutting Files Movie Night File to help create these. I also used my Silhouete Sketch Pens to write Taylors Sweet 16. 


I used Jaded Blossom's Fancy Topper Die to create these tic tac treats. Check out the tutorial here..

I also made these matching M&M tube treats. The tubes and Treat Tag Die are also from Jaded Blossom.

Here is a side view of the M&Ms. TONS fit in these tubes!
