Dr. Raúl García-Castro is Associate Professor at the Computer Science School at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM). After 3 years as a software engineer, he has been working at UPM since he graduated in Computer Science (2003) in several EU-funded and Spanish projects.
His research focuses on ontological engineering, knowledge graphs, ontology-based data and application integration, and evaluation and benchmarking of semantic technologies (conformance, interoperability).
