Participation fee for authors (includes conference materials, coffee breaks and dinner):

• Regular fee
  160 EUR for a single paper, 300 EUR for 2 papers and 400 EUR for 3 papers.
  PhD Students: 110 EUR (only in case the publication is NOT co-authored by non-PhD students).
• HiEdTec Partners
  130 EUR for a single paper, 240 EUR for 2 papers and 300 EUR for 3 papers.
  PhD Students: 80 EUR (only in case the publication is NOT co-authored by non-PhD students).
• Participation fee for attendees (includes conference materials, coffee breaks and dinner): 50 EUR

A person could be an author or a co-author of maximum of 3 papers!

Companies and organisations, who wish to participate in the conference, must state this by May 20, 2024. The conference fee for non-university organisations is 200 EUR. The companies are allowed to present papers, posters and/or exhibitions as well as to publish advertisements in the conference programme and proceedings.

The fee should be paid by bank transfer in advance!
