The Goddard Wing of the Roswell Museum and Art Center is dedicated to the father of American Rocketry, Robert H. Goddard. This exhibit contains examples of Goddard's work from 1926 to 1941.

"As you probably know, Goddard worked on his rockets at Roswell. The collection is very interesting, especially the early, experimental rockets. outside there is a tower used for his rocket firings. The brown bear is the largest terrestrial carnivore in the world. It is also known as the "Kodiak" or "grizzly" bear in some regions of Alaska. This bear, from the Alaska Peninsula, is 8'9" tall.
