does it bother anyone that i changed my party time to wednesday? i felt like doing it on monday was just a little too soon in the week...

so a few updates:

-next week Amie over at Pinkapotamus will be celebrating her blogiversary and hosting lots of giveaways. i will be giving away one free item from my Etsy shop, excluding the laptop sleeves. be sure to hop over and follow so you didn't miss any of the giveaway action!!

yay so i officially have a 'real' job! something that is actually sort of related to my degree lol. it pays more than twice as much as my job now, unfortunately it's only temp so 3 months from now i might have to look for a new job...

this weekend i went to watch the new spiderman movie...does anyone else think it's sad that they're already remaking that movie? i mean i feel like it just came out and now there's a new one? really people are we that desperate for ideas now?? anyway, i thought it was pretty good. it seemed to follow the actual storyline a lot closer than the 'original' movie.

Get Your Craft On #5

whoa this weekend was amazing i had 3 days off whoo! plus i went and watched prometheus finally...altho not as impressed as i'd hoped to be. first, we waited so long we didn't actually get to watch it in 3-d but the graphics were still pretty good. but the story line was just all over the place...so many little tangents that were just never fully explored it seemed... anyway, i love aliens so i had watch it regardless.

such an easy way to reuse something that would otherwise be trash...i have a shoebox that i already covered in drop cloth fabric that i will be trying this out on.
