- The 2011 Magny-Cours Superbike World Championship round was the twelfth round of the 2011 Superbike World Championship. It took place on the weekend of September 30 and October 1–2, 2011 at Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours, France. Carlos Checa became 2011 Superbike World Champion after winning Race 1, while Ducati claimed the Manufacturers' Championship after Race 2.In Supersport, Chaz Davies, who finishing sixth in the race, secured his title with one round remaining. - Il Gran Premio di superbike di Francia 2011 è la dodicesima prova del mondiale superbike 2011, nello stesso fine settimana si corre l'undicesimo gran premio stagionale del mondiale supersport 2011 e il nono della Superstock 1000 FIM Cup. Ha registrato le vittorie di Carlos Checa in Superbike, in entrambe le gare, di Luca Scassa in Supersport e di Danilo Petrucci in Superstock. In questa occasione, penultimo weekend di gare prima della fine della stagione, sono stati assegnati i titoli piloti in tutte e tre le categorie, che sono andati rispettivamente a Carlos Checa in Superbike, a Chaz Davies in Supersport e a Davide Giugliano in Superstock, piloti matematicamente non più raggiungibili dagli avversari più vicini in classifica. Per quanto riguarda invece il campionato riservato ai costruttori, la Ducati vince il titolo nella Superbike e nella Superstock, mentre in Supersport il titolo rimane aperto tra Yamaha e Honda. (it)

De races werden verreden op 2 oktober 2011 op het Circuit Magny-Cours nabij Magny-Cours, Frankrijk. Carlos Checa werd gekroond tot kampioen in de superbike-klasse met een overwinning in de eerste race van het weekend, wat genoeg was om zijn laatste concurrent Marco Melandri voor te kunnen blijven. Chaz Davies werd gekroond tot kampioen in de Supersport-klasse met een zesde plaats in de race, wat genoeg was om zijn laatste concurrenten Fabien Foret en David Salom voor te kunnen blijven. (nl)
