- متلازمة الألم بعد رفو الفتق الإربي (بالإنجليزية: Post herniorrhaphy pain syndrome) أو الألم الإربي، هو ألم أو شعور بعدم الراحة يستمر لمدة تستغرق 3 شهور بعد جراحة إصلاح الفتق الإربي. بينت التجارب المنضبطة المعشاة التي قارنت بين التنظير الجراحي والجراحة المفتوحة في علاج وتصحيح الفتق الإربي، أن لكليهما معدلات رجعة متشابهة عند استخدام الشبكة الجراحية في التصحيح، وبينت أيضًا أن معدلات الألم المزمن (الأكبر من 10%) تتخطى معدلات الرجعة (الأقل من 2%) وهي مؤشر هام على نجاح الجراحة. يسبب الألم الإربي المزمن العجز للمريض مع الألم العصبي، والمذل (الخدران)، ونقص الحس، وفرط الإحساس. ويمكن أن يعجز المريض عن أداء عمله، ويُحدّ من أنشطته البدنية والاجتماعية، ويُصاب أيضًا باضطرابات في النوم، ومشاكل نفسية. - Le syndrome de douleur post-herniorraphie, ou inguinodynie est une douleur ou inconfort subsistant plus de 3 mois après une chirurgie de la hernie inguinale. Les ont permis d'identifier que le taux de douleur chronique de l'aine (> 10 %) dépasse celui de la récidive (< 2 %) et est une mesure importante du succès. Ce risque est la raison principale pour laquelle opérer une hernie inguinale asymptomatique n'est plus recommandé aujourd'hui. (fr)
- Post herniorrhaphy pain syndrome, or inguinodynia is pain or discomfort lasting greater than 3 months after surgery of inguinal hernia. Randomized trials of laparoscopic vs open inguinal hernia repair have demonstrated similar recurrence rates with the use of mesh and have identified that chronic groin pain (>10%) surpasses recurrence (<2%) and is an important measure of success. Chronic groin pain is potentially disabling with neuralgia, parasthesia, hypoesthesia, and hyperesthesia. Patients may be unable to work, have limited physical & social activities, sleep disturbances, and psychologic distress. The management of inguinodynia is a difficult problem for many surgeons and 5–7% of patients experiencing post-hernia repair groin pain litigate. (en)
