Playmen was an Italian adult entertainment magazine. It was founded in 1967 by a mother of three, Adelina Tattilo, achieving fame as Italy's version of Playboy magazine. La rivista in Italia raggiunse, e per certi versi superò, la fama di Playboy nella sua versione italiana. La rivista sopravvisse fino al 2001 e pubblicò mensilmente fotografie di nudo erotico femminile, assieme a vari articoli sulla moda, lo sport, i beni di consumo e personaggi pubblici.
