- Gustav Klinger (1876 – 1937 ?) era un dirigent polític bolxevic alemany del Volga. Klinger es va unir al partit el 1917 durant la Revolució russa i fou el cap de l'Autonome Arbeiter Kommune el 1918. Poc després esdevingué membre actiu de la recien formada Komintern el 1919, de la que en fou escollit membre del comitè executiu el 1920. Klinger va ocupar alguns càrrecs de govern importants a la Unió Soviètica durant els anys 1920. Es creu que fou assassinat en les purgues ordenades per Stalin, probablement el 1937. (ca)

- Gustav Klinger (1876 – 1937? or 1943) was a Russian Bolshevik politician. Klinger joined the Party in 1917 in time for the revolution and was leader of the Volga German Soviet government 1918. He became business manager for the newly founded Communist International in 1919, and was elected to the Comintern Executive Committee in 1920. Klinger held various governmental posts in the Soviet Union during the 1920s. He was eventually killed during the Stalinist purges, probably in 1937. (en)
