In 1995 a copy of the book was bought by Trinity College Library Dublin for £47,700 ($76,463) at Christie's. (en)
  • Ba í Aibidil Gaoidheilge agus Caiticiosma an chéad leabhar i gcló in Éirinn sa Ghaeilge. I gceist mar primer Protastúnach , scríobhadh an leabhar ag Seán Ó Cearnaigh, ar cisteoir Ardeaglais Naomh Pádraig, Baile Átha Cliath. Cuimsíonn sé cuid ghearr ar an litriú agus fuaimeanna na Gaeilge. Ba é an táirgeadh an leabhair seo mar chuid de iarracht níos mó ag Protastúnaigh Éireannacha a phriontáil an Bíobla sa Ghaeilge ionas go bhféadfadh an duine coiteann a léamh. Bhí an leabhar i gcló ar preas a bunaíodh i dteach Alderman Sheón Ussher. Ussher, a bhí ina maith ar a dtugtar Protastúnach Baile Átha Cliath , d'íoc freisin le haghaidh an bhfiontar. Cé go bhfuil céannacht an printéir anaithnid , is féidir go raibh William Kearney , nia John Kearney an printéir. Cuireadh 200 cóip den leabhar clóite ach amháin ceithre chóip a dtugtar ann inniu. Sa bhliain 1995 cuireadh cóip den leabhar ceannaithe ag Coláiste na Tríonóide, Baile Átha Cliath Leabharlann do £47,700 ( $76,463 ) ag Christies. (ga)
