- Mohammed Ibrahim Jega (born June 15, 1981) is a Nigerian entrepreneur and technology startup founder. He is better known as the chief business development officer at the online payment processing gateway VoguePay. Born and raised in Kaduna State, Jega founded the technology and innovation hub StartUp Arewa in 2016. He was named as one of the members of Nigeria's presidential advisory group along with CcHUB founder Bosun Tijani in 2018. He was also part of the Vice President of Nigeria Yemi Osinbajo's delegation to Silicon Valley in the same year. His investment interest ranges from financial technology or block-chain technology to cyber security. In 2018, he joined the blockchain startup KickCity as an advisor on business development and growth in Africa. Jega was announced as one of the directors of the Silicon Valley-based the Founder Institute in February, 2020.
