At the Large Hadron Collider at CERN the proton bunches cross at a rate of 40MHz. At the Compact Muon Solenoid experiment the original collision rate is reduced by a factor of O (1000) using a Level-1 hardware trigger. [...]

Search for neutral MSSM Higgs bosons at LEP / ALEPH Collaboration
The four LEP collaborations, ALEPH, DELPHI, L3 and OPAL, have searched for the neutral Higgs bosons which are predicted by the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM). The data of the four collaborations are statistically combined and examined for their consistency with the background hypothesis and with a possible Higgs boson signal. [...]

A Study of $b\overline{b}$ Production in $e^{+}e^{-}$ Collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 130-207 GeV / DELPHI Collaboration
Measurements are presented of R_b, the ratio of the b bbar cross-section to the q qbar cross-section in e+e- collisions, and the forward-backward asymmetry A^b_FB at twelve energy points in the range sqrt(s) = 130-207 GeV. These results are found to be consistent with the Standard Model expectations. [...]

A precise measurement of the direct CP violation parameter $\Re(\epsilon'/\epsilon)$ / NA48 Collaboration
The direct CP violation parameter $\Re(\epsilon'/\epsilon)$ has been measured from the decay rates of neutral kaons into two pions using the NA48 detector at the CERN SPS. With 3.3 million $K_{L} \to \pi^{0}\pi^{0}$ events collected during the 1998 and 1999 running periods, a result of $\Re(\epsilon'/\epsilon) = (15.0 \pm 2.7) \times 10^{-4}$ has been obtained. [...]

Electroweak Measurements in Electron-Positron Collisions at W-Boson-Pair Energies at LEP / ALEPH Collaboration
Electroweak measurements performed with data taken at the electron-positron collider LEP at CERN from 1995 to 2000 are reported. The combined data set considered in this report corresponds to a total luminosity of about 3~fb$^{-1}$ collected by the four LEP experiments ALEPH, DELPHI, L3 and OPAL, at centre-of-mass energies ranging from $130~GeV$ to $209~GeV$ [...]

Experimental Study of Different Silicon Sensor Options for the Upgrade of the CMS Outer Tracker / Tracker Group of the CMS Collaboration
During the high-luminosity phase of the LHC (HL-LHC), planned to start around 2027, the accelerator is expected to deliver an instantaneous peak luminosity of up to $7.5\times10^{34}$ cm$^{-2}$s$^{-1}$. A total integrated luminosity of $3000$ or even $4000$~fb$^{-1}$ is foreseen to be delivered to the general purpose detectors ATLAS and CMS over a decade, thereby increasing the discovery potential of the LHC experiments significantly. A precision measurement of direct CP violation in the decay of neutral kaons into two pions / NA48 Collaboration
The direct CP violation parameter $\Re(\epsilon'/\epsilon)$ has been measured from the decay rates of neutral kaons into two pions using the NA48 detector at the CERN SPS. The 2001 running period was devoted to collecting additional data under varied conditions compared to earlier years (1997-99). [...]

A study of the b-quark fragmentation function with the DELPHI detector at LEP I and an averaged distribution obtained at the Z Pole / DELPHI Collaboration
The nature of b-quark jet hadronisation has been investigated using data taken at the Z peak by the DELPHI detector at LEP. Two complementary methods are used to reconstruct the energy of weakly decaying b-hadrons, E^weak_B. [...]

Search for $B^{0}_{s}-\overline{B^{0}_{s}}$ oscillations in DELPHI using high-$p_{t}$ leptons / DELPHI Collaboration
Oscillations in the $\mbox{B}^0_s$-$\overline{\mbox{B}^0_s}$ system were studied in events selected from about 4.3 million hadronic Z$^0$ decays registered by DELPHI between 1992 and 2000.\\ This paper presents updates of two published analyses. The first analysis, which utilizes leptons emitted with large momentum transverse to a jet, was improved by means of a better algorithm for the vertex reconstuction and a new algorithm for flavour-tagging at production time [...]
