Estimate of $BR(\overline{B} \to X_{s}\gamma)$ at $O(\alpha_{s^2})$ / Misiak, M. (Warsaw U. ; CERN) ; Asatrian, H.M. (Yerevan Phys. Inst.) ; Bieri, K. (Bern U.) ; Czakon, M. (Wurzburg U.) ; Czarnecki, A. (Alberta U.) ; Ewerth, T. (Bern U.) ; Ferroglia, A. (Freiburg U.) ; Gambino, P. (INFN, Turin ; Turin U.) ; Gorbahn, M. (Karlsruhe U., TTP) ; Greub, C. (Bern U.) et al.
Combining our results for various O(alpha_s^2) corrections to the weak radiative B-meson decay, we are able to present the first estimate of the branching ratio at the next-to-next-to-leading order in QCD. We find BR(B -> X_s gamma) = (3.15 +_ 0.23) x 10^-4 for E_gamma > 1.6 GeV in the B-meson rest frame. [...]

NNLO QCD corrections to the $B\to X_s \gamma$ matrix elements using interpolation in $m_c$ / Misiak, M (Warsaw Univ., Warsaw, Poland ; CERN) ; Steinhauser, M (Univ. Karlsruhe, Karlsruhe, Germany)
One of the most troublesome contributions to the NNLO QCD corrections to B -> X_s gamma originates from three-loop matrix elements of four-quark operators. A part of this contribution that is proportional to the QCD beta-function coefficient beta_0 was found in 2003 as an expansion in m_c/m_b. [...]

We perform an updated analysis of the inclusive weak radiative B-meson decays in the standard model, incorporating all our results for the O(alpha_s^2) and lower-order perturbative corrections that have been calculated after 2006. New estimates of non-perturbative effects are taken into account, too. [...]

Quark mass effects in $\overline{B} \to X_{s \gamma}$ / Gambino, Paolo (CERN) ; Misiak, Mikolaj (CERN ; Warsaw U.)
The charm-loop contribution to B -> Xs gamma is found to be numerically dominant and very stable under logarithmic QCD corrections. The strong enhancement of the branching ratio by QCD logarithms is mainly due to the b-quark mass evolution in the top-quark sector. [...]

B_{s,d} -> l+ l- in the Standard Model / Bobeth, Christoph (Munich, Tech. U.) ; Gorbahn, Martin (Liverpool U., Dept. Math. ; Munich, Tech. U.) ; Hermann, Thomas (KIT, Karlsruhe, TTP) ; Misiak, Mikolaj (Warsaw U. ; CERN) ; Stamou, Emmanuel (Munich, Tech. U. ; Weizmann Inst.) ; Steinhauser, Matthias (KIT, Karlsruhe, TTP)
We combine our new results for the O(alpha_em) and O(alpha_s^2) corrections to B_{s,d} -> l^+ l^-, and present updated branching ratio predictions for these decays in the standard model. Inclusion of the new corrections removes major theoretical uncertainties of perturbative origin that have just begun to dominate over the parametric ones. [...]

Radiative return at NLO and the measurement of the hadronic cross-section in electron-positron annihilation / Rodrigo, German (CERN) ; Czyz, Henryk (Silesia U. ; Bologna U.) ; Kuhn, Johann H. (CERN ; Karlsruhe U., TTP) ; Szopa, Marcin (Silesia U.)
Electron-positron annihilation into hadrons plus an energetic photon from initial state radiation allows the hadronic cross-section to be measured over a wide range of energies. The full next-to-leading order QED corrections for the cross-section for e^+ e^- annihilation into a real tagged photon and a virtual photon converting into hadrons are calculated where the tagged photon is radiated off the initial electron or positron. Next-to-Leading QCD Corrections to B \to X_{s}\gamma : Standard Model and Two-Higgs Doublet Model / Ciuchini, M ; Degrassi, G ; Gambino, Paolo ; Giudice, Gian Francesco
We present the QCD corrections to the matching conditions of the Delta B =1 magnetic and chromo-magnetic operators in the Standard Model and in two-Higgs doublet models. We use an off-shell matching procedure which allows us to perform the computation using Taylor series in the external momenta, instead of asymptotic expansions. [...]

Theoretical Status of $B \to X_{s} \gamma$ Decays / Neubert, Matthias (CERN)
We review the theoretical understanding of the branching ratio and photon-energy spectrum in B -> Xs gamma decays at next-to-leading order in QCD, including consistently the effects of Fermi motion. For the Standard Model, we obtain B(B -> Xs gamma)=(3.29 +- 0.33)*10^{-4} for the total branching ratio, and B(B -> Xs gamma)=(2.85+0.34-0.40)*10^{-4} if a cut E_gamma > 2.1 GeV is applied on the photon energy, as done in the recent CLEO analysis.
