Search for direct CP-violation in $K^{\pm} \to \pi^{\pm} \pi^{0} \pi^{0}$ decays / NA48/2 Collaboration
A search for direct CP-violation in $K^{\pm}\rightarrow \pi^\pm \pi^0 \pi^0$ decay based on 47.14 million events has been performed by the NA48/2 experiment at the CERN SPS. The asymmetry in the Dalitz plot linear slopes $A_g = ( g^+ -g^- ) / ( g^+ + g^- )$ is measured to be $A_g = (1.8 \pm 2.6) \cdot10^{-4}$. [...]

Determination of the relative decay rate $K_{S} \to \pi e \nu$ / $K_{L} \to \pi e \nu$ / NA48 Collaboration
The decay rate of $K_{S} \to \pi e \nu$ relative to the rate of $K_{L} \to \pi e \nu$ has been measured by the NA48 collaboration in a neutral Kaon beam originating from 400 GeV proton-Be interactions at the CERN SPS. The result is $0.993 \pm 0.026_{stat} \pm 0.022_{syst}$, compatible with 1 in agreement with the Standard Model prediction at tree level. [...]

Measurement of the polarization of the Ξ0 (Ξ0) hyperon beam by the NA48/1 experiment / NA48/1 Collaboration

New high statistics measurement of $K_{e4}$ decay form factors and $\pi\pi$ scattering phase shifts / NA48/2 Collaboration
We report results from a new measurement of the $K_{e4}$ decay $K^{\pm} \rightarrow \pi^{+}\pi^{-}e^{\pm}\nu$ by the NA48/2 collaboration at the CERN SPS, based on a partial sample of more than 670000 $K_{e4}$ decays in both charged modes collected in 2003. The form factors of the hadronic current (F, G, H) and $\pi\pi$ phase difference ($\delta=\delta_{s}-\delta_{p}$) have been measured in ten independent bins of the $\pi\pi$ mass spectrum to investigate the variation. Measurement of the branching ratios of the decays $\Xi^{0}\rightarrow \sigma^{+} e^{-} \overline{\nu}_{e}$ and $\overline{\Xi^{0}}\rightarrow \overline{\sigma^{+}} e^{+} \nu_{e}$ / NA48/1 Collaboration
From 56 days of data taking in 2002, the NA48/1 experiment observed 6316 $\Xi^{0}\rightarrow \Sigma^{+} e^{-} \overline{\nu}_{e}$ candidates (with the subsequent $\Sigma^{+} \rightarrow p \pi^{0}$ decay) and 555 $\overline{\Xi^{0}}\rightarrow \overline{\Sigma^{+}} e^{+} \nu_{e}$ candidates with background contamination of $215 \pm 44$ and $136 \pm 8$ events, respectively. From these samples, the branching ratios BR($\Xi^{0}\rightarrow \Sigma^{+} e^{-} \overline{\nu}_{e})=(2.51 \pm0.03_{\mathrm{stat}}\pm 0.09_{\mathrm{syst}})\times10^{-4}$ and BR($\overline{\Xi^{0}}\rightarrow \overline{\Sigma^{+}} e^{+} \nu_{e})= (2.55 \pm 0.12_{\mathrm{stat}}\pm{0.10}_{\mathrm{syst}}) \times 10^{-4}$ were measured allowing the determination of the CKM matrix element $|V_{\mathrm{us}}| = 0.209^{+0.023}_{-0.028}$. Measurement of the $\Xi^{0} \to \Lambda\gamma$ decay asymmetry and branching fraction / NA48 Collaboration
In data taken with the NA48 experiment at the CERN SPS in 1999, 730 candidates of the weak radiative hyperon decay $\Xi^{0} \to \Lambda\gamma$ have been found with an estimated background of $58 \pm 8$ events. From these events the $\Xi^{0} \to \Lambda\gamma$ decay asymmetry has been determined to $\alpha(\Xi^{0} \to \Lambda\gamma) = -0.78 \pm 0.18_{stat} \pm 0.06_{syst}$, which is the first evidence of a decay asymmetry in $\Xi^{0} \to \Lambda\gamma$.
