50 Years of Quantum Chromodynamics / Gross, Franz (Jefferson Lab ; William-Mary Coll.) ; Klempt, Eberhard (Bonn U., HISKP) ; Brodsky, Stanley J. (SLAC) ; Buras, Andrzej J. This paper presents a comprehensive review of both the theory and experimental successes of Quantum Chromodynamics, starting with its emergence as a well defined theory in 1972-73 and following developments and results up to the present day. Topics include a review of the earliest theoretical and experimental foundations; the fundamental constants of QCD; an introductory discussion of lattice QCD, the only known method for obtaining exact predictions from QCD; methods for approximating QCD, with special focus on effective field theories; QCD under extreme conditions; measurements and predictions of meson and baryon states; a special discussion of the structure of the nucleon; techniques for study of QCD at high energy, including treatment of jets and showers; measurements at colliders; weak decays and quark mixing; and a section on the future, which discusses new experimental facilities or upgrades currently funded. Search for the rare decays $\pi^+ \to \mu^+\nu_\mu\nu\bar\nu$ and $\pi^+ \to e^+\nu_e\nu\bar\nu$ / PIENU Collaboration
The rare pion decays ${\pi}^+{\rightarrow}{\mu}^+{\nu}_{\mu}{\nu}\bar{\nu}$ and ${\pi}^+{\rightarrow}e^+{\nu}_{e}{\nu}\bar{\nu}$ are allowed in the Standard Model but highly suppressed. These decays were searched for using data from the PIENU experiment. [...]

Search for Heavy Neutrinos in $\pi \to \mu\nu$ Decay / PIENU Collaboration
Heavy neutrinos were sought in pion decays $\pi^+ \rightarrow \mu^+ \nu$ by examining the observed muon energy spectrum for extra peaks in addition to the expected peak for a massless neutrino. No evidence for heavy neutrinos was observed. [...]

Improved search for two body muon decay ${\mu}^+{\rightarrow}e^+X_H$ / PIENU Collaboration
Charged lepton flavor violating muon decay ${\mu}^+{\rightarrow}e^+X_H$, where $X_H$ is a massive neutral boson, was sought by searching for extra peaks in the muon decay ${\mu}^+{\rightarrow}e^+{\nu}\bar{\nu}$ energy spectrum in the $m_{X_H}$ mass region $47.8-95.1$ MeV/$c^2$. No signal was found and 90% confidence level upper limits were set on the branching ratio ${\Gamma}({\mu}^+{\rightarrow}e^+X_H)/{\Gamma}({\mu}^+{\rightarrow}e^+{\nu}\bar{\nu})$ at the level of $10^{-5}$ for this region..

Magnetic Moments of Astrophysical Neutrinos / Kopp, Joachim (CERN ; Mainz U., Inst. Phys. ; U. Mainz, PRISMA) ; Opferkuch, Toby (LBNL, Berkeley ; UC, Berkeley) ; Wang, Edward (Munich, Tech. U.)
We study the impact of neutrino magnetic moments on astrophysical neutrinos, in particular supernova neutrinos and ultra-high energy neutrinos from extragalactic sources. We show that magnetic moment-induced conversion of left-handed neutrinos into unobservable right-handed singlet states can substantially change the flux and flavour composition of these neutrinos at Earth. Long-Lived Particles at the Energy Frontier: The MATHUSLA Physics Case / Curtin, David (Toronto U.) ; Drewes, Marco (Louvain U., CP3) ; McCullough, Matthew (CERN) ; Meade, Patrick (YITP, Stony Brook) ; Mohapatra, Rabindra N. (Maryland U.) ; Shelton, Jessie (Illinois U., Urbana) ; Shuve, Brian (Harvey Mudd Coll. ; SLAC) ; Accomando, Elena (Southampton U.) ; Alpigiani, Cristiano (Washington U., Seattle) ; Antusch, Stefan (Basel U.) et al.
We examine the theoretical motivations for long-lived particle (LLP) signals at the LHC in a comprehensive survey of Standard Model (SM) extensions. LLPs are a common prediction of a wide range of theories that address unsolved fundamental mysteries such as naturalness, dark matter, baryogenesis and neutrino masses, and represent a natural and generic possibility for physics beyond the SM (BSM).
