Search for dark matter at the LHC using missing transverse energy / Malik, Sarah Alam /for the CMS collaboration
Results are presented for a search for dark matter at the LHC using the signatures of a monojet plus missing transverse energy and a monophoton plus missing transverse energy. The data were collected by the CMS detector at the LHC with pp collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV and an integrated luminosity of 5 inverse femtobarns. [...]

Search for Exotic mono-jet and mono-photon signatures with the ATLAS detector / Rezvani, R (Toronto U.)
Mono-jet and mono-photon signatures are final states in a variety of beyond Standard Model scenarios, such as the Large Extra Dimension (LED) models, gauge-mediated SUSY breaking (GMSB) scenarios, and models with pair-production of Weakly Interacting Massive Particles (WIMPs) considered as dark matter candidates. [...]

Search for Exotic mono-jet and mono-photon signatures with the ATLAS detector / Rezvani, R
Mono-jet and mono-photon signatures are final states for a variety of BSM scenarios, such as the Large Extra Dimension (LED) ADD models, gauge-mediated SUSY breaking (GMSB) scenarios, and pair-production of Weakly Interacting Massive Particles (WIMPs) considered as dark matter candidates. The produced Exotic particles do not interact with the detector, resulting in missing transverse energy. [...]

Search for Dark Matter at CMS / Lowette, Steven (Vrije U., Brussels) /CMS Collaboration
The results are presented from searches with the CMS experiment for directly-produced dark matter particles. All these searches use the full LHC Run-I dataset of ~20/fb of proton-proton collisions at 8TeV centre-of-mass energy. [...]

A Search for Dark Matter Appearing as Missing Transverse Energy at CMS / Miceli, Tia (UC, Davis) /for the CMS Collaboration
Results are presented of a search for dark matter production using the CMS detector at the LHC. Collisions of pp at 7 TeV totaling 5 fb-1 were counted for final states consisting missing transverse energy accompanied by either a monophoton or a monojet. The data is consistent with Standard Model background, so limits are placed on both spin-dependent and spin-independent dark matter particle masses and production cross-sections. These are examined within the context of direct detection experiments where our results extend the current best limits..

Search for the Production of Dark Matter in Association with Top Quark Pairs in the Single-lepton Final State in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 8$ TeV /CMS Collaboration
A search for dark matter produced in association with a pair of top quarks with the CMS detector at the LHC, using 19.7 fb$^{-1}$ of pp collision data recorded at $\sqrt{s} = 8$ TeV, is presented. This search requires the presence of one lepton, multiple jets and large missing transverse energy. [...]

Dark matter searches at ATLAS / Gustavino, Giuliano (INFN Roma and Sapienza Universita' di Roma, Dipartimento di Fisica)
Although the existence of Dark Matter is a well-established hypothesis to explain a range of astrophysical and cosmological measurements, its nature and particle properties still remain one of the greatest unsolved puzzles of particle and astro-particle physics. [...]

The search for dark matter using monojets and monophotons with the ATLAS detector / Diehl, Edward (Michigan U.) /ATLAS
This paper presents results on the search for dark matter with the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider. The studies discussed involve searches for events with a single (mono) jet or photon plus missing transverse energy interpreted with effective field theory as well as searches for light gravitinos and lepton-jets.
