Review of particle physics / Particle Data Group Collaboration
The Review summarizes much of particle physics and cosmology. Using data from previous editions, plus 2,717 new measurements from 869 papers, we list, evaluate, and average measured properties of gauge bosons and the recently discovered Higgs boson, leptons, quarks, mesons, and baryons [...]

A new approach to modelling elastic and inelastic photon-initiated production at the LHC: SuperChic 4 / Harland-Lang, L.A. (Oxford U., Theor. Phys.) ; Tasevsky, M. (Prague, Inst. Phys.) ; Khoze, V.A. (Durham U., IPPP ; St. Petersburg, INP) ; Ryskin, M.G. (St. Petersburg, INP)
We present the results of the new SuperChic 4 Monte Carlo implementation of photon-initiated production in proton-proton collisions, considering as a first example the case of lepton pair production. This is based on the structure function calculation of the underlying process, and focusses on a complete account of the various contributing channels, including the case where a rapidity gap veto is imposed. Very low $x$ gluon density determined by LHCb exclusive $J/\psi$ data / Flett, C.A. (Liverpool U., Dept. Math.) ; Martin, A.D. (Durham U., IPPP ; St. Petersburg, INP) ; Ryskin, M.G. (Durham U., IPPP ; St. Petersburg, INP) ; Teubner, T. (Liverpool U., Dept. Math.)
The low $x$ behaviour of the gluon density $xg(x,\mu^2)$ at scale $\mu^2=2.4$ GeV$^2$ is determined using exclusive $J/\psi$ production data from HERA and LHCb within the framework of collinear factorisation at next-to-leading order (NLO). It is shown that in the interval $3\times 10^{-6} < x <10^{-3}$ the gluon distribution function grows as $xg(x,\mu^2)\propto x^{-\lambda}$ with $\lambda=0.135\pm 0.006 $. [...]

Exclusive production of heavy quarkonia as a probe of the low x and low scale gluon PDF / Flett, C.A. (Liverpool U., Dept. Math.) ; Jones, S.P. (CERN) ; Martin, A.D. (Durham U., IPPP) ; Ryskin, M.G. (Durham U., IPPP ; St. Petersburg, INP) ; Teubner, T. (Liverpool U., Dept. Math.)
We discuss the exclusive $J/\psi$ photoproduction process, as measured recently at LHCb, as a means of constraining and ultimately determining the low $x$ and low $Q$ gluon PDF. [...]

How to include exclusive $J/\psi$ production data in global PDF analyses / Flett, C.A. (Liverpool U., Dept. Math.) ; Jones, S.P. (CERN) ; Martin, A.D. (Durham U., IPPP) ; Ryskin, M.G. (Durham U., IPPP ; St. Petersburg, INP) ; Teubner, T. (Liverpool U., Dept. Math.)
We compare the cross section for exclusive $J/\psi$ photoproduction calculated at NLO in the collinear factorization approach with HERA and LHCb data. Using the optimum scale formalism together with the subtraction of the low $k_t<Q_0$ contribution from the NLO coefficient function to avoid double counting we show that the existing global parton distribution functions (PDFs) are consistent with the data within their uncertainties. Towards a determination of the low $x$ gluon via exclusive $J/\psi$ production / Flett, C.A. (Liverpool U., Dept. Math.) ; Jones, S.P. (CERN) ; Martin, A.D. (Durham U., IPPP) ; Ryskin, M.G. (Durham U., IPPP ; St. Petersburg, INP) ; Teubner, T. (Liverpool U., Dept. Math.)
We discuss how the stability of the theoretical prediction for exclusive $J/\psi$ photoproduction has been improved through a systematic taming of the known $\overline{\text{MS}}$ coefficient functions by accounting for a formally power suppressed, but numerically significant, correction encoded within a $Q_0$ cut. The phenomenological implications of this will be emphasised meaning, ultimately, the possibility to include the exclusive data into a global fitter framework to provide constraints on the small $x$ gluon..

Photon-Photon Collisions with SuperChic / Harland-Lang, Lucian A. (University Coll. London) ; Khoze, V.A. (Durham U., IPPP ; St. Petersburg, INP) ; Ryskin, M.G. (St. Petersburg, INP)
The SuperChic Monte Carlo generator provides a common platform for QCD-mediated, photoproduction and photon-induced Central Exclusive Production (CEP), with a fully differential treatment of soft survival effects. In these proceedings we summarise the processes generated, before discussing in more detail those due to photon-photon collisions, paying special attention to the correct treatment of the survival factor. Baryon Anomaly in Heavy-Ion Collisions and Colour Correlations in QGP / Levin, Eugene M (Tel Aviv U. ; Santa Maria U., Valparaiso) ; Matulewicz, Gustaw (CERN) ; Ryskin, Mikhail G (St. Petersburg, INP) ; Safarik, Karel (CERN)
A baryon anomaly – an increased baryon-to-meson production ratio at intermediate pT in heavyion collisions when compared to pp collisions – is observed at RHIC and the LHC. This effect is usually explained by recombination of constituent quarks during QGP hadronization, or as a consequence of a strong radial flow developed during the heavy-ion collision. [...]

Central Diffractive Processes at the Tevatron, RHIC and LHC / Harland-Lang, L A (Cambridge U.) ; Khoze, V A (Durham U., IPPP) ; Ryskin, M G (St. Petersburg, INP) ; Stirling, W J (Cambridge U.)
Central exclusive production (CEP) processes in high-energy hadron collisions offer a very promising framework for studying both novel aspects of QCD and new physics signals. We report on the results of a theoretical study of the CEP of heavy quarkonia (chi and eta) at the Tevatron, RHIC and LHC. [...]
