Performance evaluation of MACACO: a multilayer Compton camera / Muñoz, Enrique (Valencia U., IFIC) ; Barrio, John (Valencia U., IFIC) ; Etxebeste, Ane (Valencia U., IFIC) ; Ortega, Pablo G (CERN ; Valencia U., IFIC) ; Lacasta, Carlos (Valencia U., IFIC) ; Oliver, Josep F (Valencia U., IFIC) ; Solaz, Carles (Valencia U., IFIC) ; Llosá, Gabriela (Valencia U., IFIC)
Compton imaging devices have been proposed and studied for a wide range of applications. We have developed a Compton camera prototype which can be operated with two or three detector layers based on monolithic lanthanum bromide (${\rm LaBr}_{3}$ ) crystals coupled to silicon photomultipliers (SiPMs), to be used for proton range verification in hadron therapy. Molecular components in $\mathbf{D_{s0}^{\ast}(2317)}$ and $\mathbf{D_{s1}(2460)}$ mesons / Ortega, Pablo G. (CERN) ; Segovia, Jorge (Munich, Tech. U.) ; Entem, David R. (Salamanca U.) ; Fernández, Francisco (Salamanca U.)
Different experiments have confirmed that the $D_{s0}^{\ast}(2317)$ and $D_{s1}(2460)$ mesons are very narrow states located, respectively, below the $DK$ and $D^{\ast}K$ thresholds. This is markedly in contrast with the expectations of naive quark models and heavy quark symmetry. [...]

Overview of the FLUKA code / Battistoni, Giuseppe (INFN, Milan) ; Boehlen, Till (CERN) ; Cerutti, Francesco (CERN) ; Chin, Pik Wai ; Esposito, Luigi Salvatore (CERN) ; Fassò, Alberto (Prague, Inst. Phys.) ; Ferrari, Alfredo (CERN) ; Lechner, Anton (CERN) ; Empl, Anton (Houston U.) ; Mairani, Andrea (CNAO, Pavia) et al.
The capabilities and physics models implemented inside the FLUKA code are briefly described, with emphasis on hadronic interaction. Examples of the performances of the code are presented including basic (thin target) and complex benchmarks, and radiation detector specific applications. [...]

Bottomonium spectrum revisited / Segovia, Jorge (Munich, Tech. U. ; Salamanca U., IUFFyM) ; Ortega, Pablo G. (CERN) ; Entem, David R. (Salamanca U. ; Salamanca U., IUFFyM) ; Fernández, Francisco (Salamanca U. ; Salamanca U., IUFFyM)
We revisit the bottomonium spectrum motivated by the recently exciting experimental progress in the observation of new bottomonium states, both conventional and unconventional. Our framework is a nonrelativistic constituent quark model which has been applied to a wide range of hadronic observables from the light to the heavy quark sector and thus the model parameters are completely constrained.
