First results of running the LHC with lead ions at a beam energy of 6.8 Z TeV / Bruce, R (CERN) ; Fernandez, R Alemany (CERN) ; Argyropoulos, T (CERN) ; Bartosik, H (CERN) ; Bracco, C (CERN) ; D'Andrea, M (CERN) ; Frasca, A (CERN) ; Hermes, P (CERN) ; Jowett, J M (CERN) ; Mirarchi, D (CERN) et al.
A two-day test of operation with Pb ion beams was carried out in the CERN Large Hadron Collider (LHC) in 2022, with the aim of gaining experience in view of the future high luminosity heavy-ion physics runs from 2023 onwards. The LHC experiments received the first Pb-Pb collisions at a record energy of 5.36 TeV centre-of-mass energy per colliding nucleon pair (beam energy 6.8 Z TeV). [...]

System-size dependence of the hadronic rescattering effect at energies available at the CERN Large Hadron Collider / ALICE Collaboration
The first measurements of $\mathrm{K^{*}(892)^{0}}$ resonance production as a function of charged-particle multiplicity in Xe$-$Xe collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\mathrm{NN}}}=$ 5.44 TeV and pp collisions at $\sqrt{s}=$ 5.02 TeV using the ALICE detector are presented. The resonance is reconstructed at midrapidity ($|y|< 0.5$) using the hadronic decay channel $\mathrm{K^{*0}} \rightarrow \mathrm{K^{\pm} \pi^{\mp}}$. [...]

Energy dependence of coherent photonuclear production of J/ψ mesons in ultra-peripheral Pb-Pb collisions at $ \sqrt{{\textrm{s}}_{\textrm{NN}}} $ = 5.02 TeV / ALICE Collaboration
The cross section for coherent photonuclear production of J/$\psi$ is presented as a function of the electromagnetic dissociation (EMD) of Pb. The measurement is performed with the ALICE detector in ultra-peripheral Pb$-$Pb collisions at a centre-of-mass energy per nucleon pair of $\sqrt{s_{\mathrm{NN}}} = 5.02$ TeV. [...]

Exclusive and dissociative J/$\psi$ photoproduction, and exclusive dimuon production, in p$-$Pb collisions at $sqrt{s_{\mathrm{NN}}} = 8.16$ TeV / Acharya, Shreyasi (Clermont-Ferrand U.) ; Adamova, Dagmar (Rez, Nucl. Phys. Inst.) ; Adler, Alexander (Frankfurt U.) ; Aglieri Rinella, Gianluca (CERN) ; Agnello, Michelangelo (INFN, Turin ; Turin Polytechnic) ; Agrawal, Neelima (INFN, Bologna) ; Ahammed, Zubayer (Calcutta, VECC) ; Ahmad, Shakeel (Aligarh Muslim U.) ; Ahn, Sang Un (KISTI, Daejeon) ; Ahuja, Ishaan (Kosice U.) et al. /ALICE
The ALICE Collaboration reports three measurements in ultra-peripheral proton$-$lead collisions at forward rapidity. The exclusive two-photon process $\gamma \gamma \rightarrow \mu^+ \mu^-$ and the exclusive photoproduction of J/$\psi$ are studied. [...]

Inclusive photon production at forward rapidities in pp and p-Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}$ = 5.02 TeV / ALICE Collaboration
A study of multiplicity and pseudorapidity distributions of inclusive photons measured in pp and p-Pb collisions at a center-of-mass energy per nucleon-nucleon collision of $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}$ = 5.02 TeV using the ALICE detector in the forward pseudorapidity region $2.3 < \eta_{\rm lab} < 3.9$ is presented. Measurements in p-Pb collisions are reported for two beam configurations in which the directions of the proton and lead ion beam were reversed. [...]

Azimuthal correlations of heavy-flavor hadron decay electrons with charged particles in pp and p–Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}$ = 5.02 TeV / ALICE Collaboration
The azimuthal ($\Delta\varphi$) correlation distributions between heavy-flavor decay electrons and associated charged particles are measured in pp and p–Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}} = 5.02$ TeV. Results are reported for electrons with transverse momentum $4<p_{\rm T}<16$ GeV/$c$ and pseudorapidity $|\eta|<0.6$. [...]

Measurement of the non-prompt D-meson fraction as a function of multiplicity in proton-proton collisions at $ \sqrt{s} $ = 13 TeV / ALICE Collaboration
The fractions of non-prompt (i.e. originating from beauty-hadron decays) D$^0$ and D$^+$ mesons with respect to the inclusive yield are measured as a function of the charged-particle multiplicity in proton--proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV with the ALICE detector at the LHC. Symmetry plane correlations in Pb-Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}} = 2.76$TeV / ALICE Collaboration
A newly developed observable for correlations between symmetry planes, which characterize the direction of the anisotropic emission of produced particles, is measured in Pb--Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_\text{NN}}$~=~2.76~TeV with ALICE. This so-called Gaussian Estimator allows for the first time the study of these quantities without the influence of correlations between different flow amplitudes. [...]
